EDIT: The company contacted me quickly to ask if I’d like a full refund, which they processed quickly. (Less than a week for full resolution). 5 stars. Will get the zipper fixed and now looking for other of this company’s products because you cannot beat customer service like that…and the whole thing is really well constructed— just one faulty zipper. Original Post: The pouch that hangs off the side has a faulty zipper and therefore doesn’t stay put. Willing to change to 5 star review if the company is willing to send me just this single piece. Or pay for a zipper repair locally (preferred for zero waste solution, I’d estimate a $20 cost given what I’ve spent before having this done).
