Chair arrived during the timeframe stated via UPS. Chair is really nice and there was a slight issue in regards to the cable/plug not being with the chair (accidents happen) but Randy with My Home Theatre Seats (company that sends it) took care of the issue immediately and it arrive practically next day via FedEx! Randy emailed and texted me throughout the process and took care of everything and any worries I may have had. Awesome customer service! The chair itself is very comfortable and the heat it puts out in the lumbar is intense, in a good way. My back is finally getting pain relief. 😃 it’s been just weeks and I want to come back and say the heat works awesome Ian day back feels great! The two only thingsthat suck so far in this short time is why do I hear a hard plastic Rubbing sound when coming to a close.. sound of friction and questionable part that deals with moving daily..... and the remote. It’s annoying. It’s hard wired on a cord that pulls and there is no place/pocket for it to sit. It’s always falling into the edge and I have to dig it out. Would have been awesome if it was remote. It has been a long time since I have been able to sit comfortably. I purchased a recliner but the position a recliner puts me in actually aggravates my lower spine and neuropathy in a leg. This zero gravity recliner takes all of the pressure off of my lower back and offers many positions, depending on whether you want to fully recline, watch TV, eat, etc. The vibration doesn’t do a lot for me though it feels good but the heat is wonderful, especially on cool days. This is not a “sink in and comfy recliner” as you might be used to but I am most willing to trade that for less pain. I do wish there was a pocket on the side for the remote rather than the knob you can hang it on as it falls off at times. Whatever I would improve on however is not as important as the ability to sit comfortably! ... show more

The recliner is not as described in the descriptions. The adjustments are limited and the padding is quite thin, certainly not comfortable... not Zero-Gravity! For the return after just one try-out, I packed the item exactly as received and I used the shipping label they provided. And still they withheld appox. $600,- (30%) for shipping and restocking!!! If I had known that, I would have sold it by myself. That is NOT a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee!!! Amazon Customer service was unable to help, but was very responsive. Everything is on the plus side about this product the order and delivery,the chair itself. Watch the video for assembling it is very easy and straight forward. After I assembled it I got it close to where I wanted it, I reclined it all the way and moved it to within an inch or two of the closest part of the wall. I returned it to upright and then sat down. Comfort comfort comfort. It almost seems that there are infinite position to adjust the chair to. The heat and massage are wonderful. The appearance of the chair is first rate. It's looks speak of quality and it has the appearance of a much more expensive piece of furniture than it is. I may be purchasing a second chair in the near future. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It also arrived almost 2 weeks sooner than expected. Another big plus. It was packaged well and I received it in perfect shape. Wonderful comfortable chair. We did not have to assemble very much at all. Arrived in one big box. And it is DIVINE. Tried it out and then husband tried it out and then after lunch did the massage and heat feature and promptly fell asleep. Knew instantly the first time I sat in it that it would relax my back. No stress in the lower back when in the reclining position. HEAVENLY! Have been getting massages every 2 weeks to help with the back and stress, but I am thinking that with this chair might give up the massages. The chair is that good. Highly recommend to all. Update 01.08.2020 Have had trouble falling asleep the last few years. Found that if I go lie in the chair about 30 minutes before going to bed, put it in the zero gravity mode, turn on the massage and heat and relax and read that when I go to bed I can fall asleep with 10 to 15 minutes. Heaven. Also when wake up in the night to use the facilities am able to go right back to sleep. Today I went for my massage. The lady could not believe how relaxed my back felt. Usually at least half of the massage is spent getting kinks / knots out of my back. Not this time. Not one kink or knot at all. Lovely. Told her all about THE CHAIR and she plans to recommend to all her clients. The masseuse thought I had been doing nothing during the holidays since no back pain. Told her it was actually the opposite - had been doing more. Amazing what a good night's sleep and feeling relaxed will do. ... show more

My 5’11” husband loves it. I am barely 5” tall. It is too long for me. Also, it doesn’t actually recline, it tilts. The seat to back angle stays at 90 degrees. Regardless of the position. A problem for me as I have arthritis. My hips are not comfortable staying at the same angle for any length of time.
