Before I purchased this I read all the reviews. Some negative reviews said it was too wide to fit through a standard inside door. I believe the complaint was it couldn't fit through a 30 inch door at 30.7 inches wide. Not sure about some folks skills but if you actually take the time to measure, one of the box dimensions is 26 inches, so it fits through almost any inside door. Also, very easy to assemble if you watch the video and seems very comfortable to me. Highly recommend it.. 5 stars. ... show more

I love the chair. Everything went well. It was easy to put together. there was only one problem and this is why I gave it a one. The remote control stopped working after 2 days and I was stuck in the zero gravity position. Not pleasant trying to get out of that with a bad back. So I had called them they're going to work on getting it to work again. I will give a review again when everything is working like it should. Update I am very dissappointed that I bought this chair. Still doesnt work and the Cozzia company who distributes these chairs tells me that it will take another week for the parts to reach their warehouse in California. It took 2 weeks to receive the parts and the technician came and replaced. It still didn’t work. So now I have to wait for the transformer to come in from California and more time. By the time the chair is fixed I may not need it. I live in Florida so that means more time to wait. In the meantime I have no choice. I want to return the chair but it is too big for me or my hubby to do this. There is no mechanism to manuelly bring this chair to a normal position so it is sitting in my living in the Zero gravity position and I cant climb into it. I will never buy something of this magnitude through Amazon ever again. 2/1/2019 The transformer came and it turned on. Only to go from zero gravity to the normal position. But it only moved an inch back and forth. I called the company again and the customer service representative was very nice. I have to wait another week for a manager to call me. This is unbelievable. Let's see if I can get my money back. 2/13/2019 Update- I spoke to customer service again and they sent out a new chair on 2/11 which is going to the repairman and he will deliver to my house. He will also take the chair that doesn’t work. 2/22/2019 The chair came with the repair man and put it together and took the one that wasn’t working. 3/3/2019 still working right. The heating element works nicely. The massage is really more like vibrations and I don’t particularly care for it. But the rest is fine. So for now I will rated higher. Great chair, but what every you do, don't waste your money on the "white glove" service. This literally involved the delivery person removing the chair from the box and plugging in the chair. What a joke. What a rip off.

    • VOC Fumes on a pretty good chair

It’s a pretty good idea. The main issue I noticed within an hour of sitting in it was a headache, burning eyes and throat and a pain in my gut. I’m sensitive to VOC fumes from glues and plastics. Unfortunately, the chair has strong fumes. It’s now in the garage off-gassing. I really needed this chair but am unsure how long it will emit these gases. Other aspects of the chair work. The back does not recline, rather the chair rotates back so you can’t stretch out straight. The leg rest extends though. The massage is OK, but it’s an automatic thing. You can’t choose lower middle or upper back, you have to let the chair go through them all as part of the preset program. I like that you can safe a couple positions you like. The zero gravity position actually seems a bit extreme with the legs high in the air. The heat seems good. Honestly, my $70 zero-gravity chair from a big box store has a more comfortable zero-gravity position. If you aren’t sensitive to VOC fumes, you may like it, but I’m pretty bummed. ... show more

Everything is on the plus side about this product the order and delivery,the chair itself. Watch the video for assembling it is very easy and straight forward. After I assembled it I got it close to where I wanted it, I reclined it all the way and moved it to within an inch or two of the closest part of the wall. I returned it to upright and then sat down. Comfort comfort comfort. It almost seems that there are infinite position to adjust the chair to. The heat and massage are wonderful. The appearance of the chair is first rate. It's looks speak of quality and it has the appearance of a much more expensive piece of furniture than it is. I may be purchasing a second chair in the near future. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It also arrived almost 2 weeks sooner than expected. Another big plus. It was packaged well and I received it in perfect shape. Hope everyone enjoys theirs as much as I will mine. I got the Cognac finish and it has the look of real leather. ... show more
