  • Suz table tennis robots is designed to work properly when at least 20 balls are available in the storage tube. If the machine does not serve properly, make sure that there are enough balls in the storage tube and the ball frequency on the remote control is at least 1
  • Adjust robot head up and down, you can play direct serve or indirect serve . how to adjust robot head up and down can send us message for video. If you would like to play direct serve (i.e., the served ball bounces one time on the table before you hit the ball), set topspin to 6 and backspin to 2 or 3 on remote control. If you would like to play indirect serve (i.e., the served ball bounces two times on the table before you hit the ball), set topspin to 4 and backspin to 3 on remote control
  • If balls come out very weak and cannot go over the net. please check installation Step 3, put the USB out and plug in again. Set topspin to 4 and backspin to 3 on the remote control and see if ok
  • Read the manual for instructions on how to install the robot. If you need any help, please email the manufacturer. The manufacturer's email address can be found in the manual.The manufacturer will provide free replacement parts for any damage caused by normal wear and tear within one year from the purchase of Suz table tennis robots
  • If you dont use the robot for a long time, please clean it up and put robot in box or bag to avoid collecting dust
  • Can only be placed on table tennis tables less than 2.5 inches thick. if table tennis table is more than 2.5 inches thick is not suitable for our robot

Easy to install and remote control works fine. Only one thing is that the remote control stay on forever and you can only turn it off by taking out batteries. Defnitely worth the money.

    • Works well for a low-end robot
The product is not comparable to a $2,000 robot, so don't expect the same features or performance. My wish was to have a way to practice a bit at home until the pandemic passes and the local table tennis club reopens. I don't need a high-end machine as I'm an older amateur player and will not be doing any heavy training. This unit is reasonably priced and works well enough for my needs. Bear in mind it doesn't throw the balls with much speed, and it has limited features. It has just one wheel, one motor, and no vacuum. It doesn't recycle the balls automatically. It is purely mechanical, and not programmable. The product description advises us to use the balls supplied with the machine, but I've had no difficulty using standard practice balls. The supplied balls are lighter than regulation balls, but that isn't a problem for my limited needs. I didn't mount the machine on its bracket because I separately purchased a ball collection net which occupies that space. Fortunately, this machine works pretty well just standing on the table. It isn't very precise, and on the "no oscillation" setting there's a wide variation in where the balls go, but it's okay for my purposes. One negative point is that the remote controller eats batteries rapidly. If I had a "do-over" I would choose the model with the wired controller. ... show more

I have been playing with this robot for the past 2 weeks and love it. It is fun to play. Cannot say much about the durability as I haven't used it for long. I don't like (and I am surprised) that it has no off-and-on button for power. I take the batteries out after playing to prevent battery drain. The instruction manual is not detailed enough to provide clear understanding of how to assemble it, but it is intuitive. Also, the manual does not elaborate on the various play settings.     • Awesome, great for solo beginner practice
I was a little hesitant to drop a a couple hundred dollars on a ping pong machine but it's well worth it. As someone who was decent at ping pong playing up naturally, the most I ever got to practice was just playing games amongst friends. You can't really do a lot of hits in a game or take risky shots and this lets you get in a couple hundred hits in 10 minutes. It really helps build muscle memory for hitting shots. The speeds and variations of shots it can send at you is really impressive. The only thing I dislike is the remote doesn't have an on/off switch so I have to take the batteries out when I'm done but it's not really a big deal. I can easily work up a sweat when practicing with this machine. The amount of balls it comes with was a nice bonus and I had already bought another pack of 100 so I can keep the thing loaded for a long time. ... show more

I don't usually write reviews for products, but I'm so pleased with this SUZ table tennis robot that I am making an exception. I feel that a company that makes such a fine product for such a reasonable price should be recognized for their work. I have it set up in my attached garage, and have been using it off and on for about 6 months. It's working very well, and has not given me any problems. I make sure to keep the motor wheels, and balls clean, but that's all I've had to do to maintain it. I especially like the remote control. There are TT robots that have more features, but they cost a lot more. For the price this SUZ robot is hard to beat. I paid full price for this product, and have not been compensated in any way for this review. BTW, I named it Marvin. I like to name all of my robots. ... show more
