Bought a pair of nude & red tights in XL-XXL size (I am 72 inches tall, 210 lbs). The tights fit perfectly, as they are very stretchy & came up to my thighs, like a normal pair of thigh high stockings would. With that being said, the waist band was a bit tight, but not enough to cut off circulation. These tights are comfortable enough to wear most of the day & keep your legs warm in cold weather. I'm 5'10" & 196 lbs. US pant size 16, sometimes 14. I have a 34" waist, 46" hips. These fit great! I like them because they give open access to use the bathroom easily. I wear these to dance for hours. Plus they're smooth under tight knit dresses. I recommend wearing a thong OVER them. For added ball-of-foot padding, you can wear ankle socks under them. I originally bought a pair in white to wear to the palace of Versailles in France for the Fêtes Galantes. They were perfect because they go all the way up to the crotch to eliminate chub-rub. I was pretty rough on them and there are no snags. Now I have bought purple and the lightest beige. I'll eventually buy every color. These will replace all of my current pantyhose. I bought these because I hated having full stockings, but upon receiving them, I realized that the waist region and all of the seams were sewn really small, therefore making it almost uncomfortably tight on me. I wouldn’t use them for a night you plan on eating out or with any clothing that’s also going to be tight fitting as it’s going to cut into you enough to see through the clothing.
