As a previous reviewer said, sizing is incorrect. The head of the smallest hook is larger than the head of the medium hook. I measured the shaft (the working area that determines the size of the stitch) of each hook with a dial caliper. The diameter of the shaft of the smallest and the medium hook are both 1.9 mm.
