This lamp is absolutely beautiful. I purchased smart light bulbs so I can change the colors and it is very stunning. I get a lot of compliments on it. The crystals are attached to two rings around the bulbs so you can rotate them to get slightly different effects with the way the strings fall. I was worried about my cats playing with the strings but they ignore it. Everyone else thinks it's lovely though. Having said that, it is going to be a bit of a project to put together because you have to attach each string of crystals individually. They come in numbered bags so I didn't find it hard to assemble, just a bit tedious. I didn't mind though - if you throw something on TV or listen to a podcast then it can actually be somewhat Zen and calming since you are just repeating the same action over and over. It's worth it in the end. Make sure to sort and organize the numbered bags first though to put them in order...mine were all there but stapled together all out of order for some reason. The only negative thing I would say is that the lamp doesn't feel very sturdy once it's assembled. It is very top heavy with all of those crystals hanging off of it and feels a bit wobbly. I have it between a wall and a loveseat where no one touches it so it's not an issue for me, but I don't think I'd recommend this lamp if you have little kids. The base is pretty heavy though so I don't know if it would actually fall down or not, it might just feel that way. ... show more

This is a very pretty lamp. The instructions were easy to follow and installation took less than an hour. The bead strands clip onto the top rings easily. The lamp is a bit unbalanced due to the weight distribution of the bead strands. The installation of the strands may need to be modified slightly to correct this issue. They included two extra strands of varying lengths, which I have used in the interior rings of strands (doubling over to shorten and hide them better) to help equalize the weight inequity. I’ll be as honest as possible in my review and give as much info as possible to answer every question that wasn’t answered for me in reviews. For the price it is great quality. As far as packaging goes everything has to be put together including the crystal like beads that make the lamp. When assembling it starts with a base which is heavy (about 2-5lbs). The pole comes attached together in three pieces that has to be screwed to stand straight. My original pole was bent in packaging so the seller sent me another with no problem (it took about a week and a half to receive). Then you have to put two circle like frames on the top of lamp. That part is all easy. It’s the instructions which were confusing. The beads all come numbered and have to be attached to the circle frames. I was confused as hell because the instructions aren’t very detailed. Anyway, the easiest way to assemble it is take out all the beads and put them in numerical order. You will have some numbers twice but the lengths are the same. Start with the inner circle first those numbers are counted in sets of twos. The outer circle is counted in sets of 1 (1,2,3,4 etc). As you are assembling you may think it’s not taking the shape but it is. Once done you can twist the inner circle to make and shape the lamp in the direction you would like it go. It takes small bulbs not a standard size light bulb and you will need 3 bulbs. It gives off great lighting I’m using 40w bulbs and I only have two in on the picture shown and it lights an entire living room. If I had to purchase again I would in all honesty. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Shipping was fast. And putting it together was even faster. I’m in my 20’s, my style is very modern meets glam. This lamp is very glam, looks expensive. It stands about 5 feet. And the base is solid and heavy so no worries about knocking it over. If you’ve ever had to put a key on one of this coil keychains , then you’ll have no problem putting the lamp together. It took me all of 35-40 minutes to put it together. I actually put the pieces on the lamp, and then I put the lamp together. And it came out fine. Keep the odds and even bags separate. Another tip, if you loose track of what number you’re on, just count how many crystals are on the last string you put on and go from there. I did struggle with screwing in one of the lamp poles. But other than that, there’s nothing dull about this lamp. It came with all the crystals, none were missing. I added some E12 smart light bulbs so they can interact with Alexa, and worked perfectly. Also I like that it’s a step button at the bottom. You won’t regret buying this lamp, it’s a beautiful silver base, with naturally shiny crystals. ... show more
