I searched high and low for this cane. Nothing out there beats it for safety, durability and function. Expensive, but worth every penny. Lots of comments and compliments from doctors and medical staff that I visit. I now have two - one kept in the car and one in the house.

    • Wonderful cane!
This is a wonderful cane. The more I use it the more I like it. I take it everywhere. On flat services I can let it stand on its own. I can walk freely and confidently knowing that at any angle the cane will be secure. At first I was disappointed that the cane handle did not have a foam covering, but after using the cane, I don't need the foam. The handle is designed so that I can grip it easily and hold it without my arthritic fingers hurting too much. The cane is expensive compared to the $20 variety common everywhere. But it is worth the price, and should be bought and tried out. I like the copper-colored ferrule under the handle, contrasts nicely against the black color of the cane, gives the cane a bit of "elegance". This sculptured handle looks a lot better than the offset handles. This cane for sized for shorter people. Perfect for me at 5'2". Taller people have to buy the StepFoot All-Terrain Cane (this cane has foam and is off-set). ... show more

Though we had a problem with the initial order, Mr. Herman was great at taking care of the issue in a hurry!! My moms cane is top notch and she has always felt confident in ordering from Sure Step! We appreciate him and his staff on making sure she was taken care of!

    • Nothing like it
This is my moms 5th cane. She has been using this cane forever. Left a few in stores, now has two in her house and I keep one in the car. She's 95. First bought it from QVC. Highly recommend it. Like a three legged cane in terms of stability but lightweight and not cumbersome

    • Outstanding All Terrain Cane
This is my second Sure Step cane. I have used all around the world on very rocky, snow covered and icy surfaces as well as walking through woods and it is especially good on European cobble stoned streets. It is a marvel!

This cane allows a much smoother gait than a regular cane. Also, it really spares your wrist and hands because the impact is lessened. The company also has excellent customer service!

I found this cane to be quite adaptable to walking on many surfaces. It is a wonderful design, spring bottom provides cushioning when taking a step with it. It was wonderful to use on our recent cruise, for long walks, navigating steep ramps, grassy areas, any surface. I have used a Sure Step Terrain Cane since 2005, It was given to me as a gift .I like the way it steps with you as you walk and gives you great balance with the unique flat bottom. It is not good if you do not have good balance due to the springs . Thanks, Burnette M Freeman
