This is a great cane to take with you when you travel. Even if you don’t need it all the time, you will have the option at your fingertips to use it as you need it. It is light weight but strong, folds up well and comes with its own pouch. The colors are nice and attractive. It has a wrist leach on it to help keep a hold of it. Would also work for making your way through the airport and perhaps board early… though you didn’t hear that from me. This doesn’t take up much room in you bag. It is adjustable to many heights so you can make it fit for you easily. This is a great buy and a great gift. This is not the best out there. I would not let my elderly mother use this one. As I unfolded it I notice it has a slight bend to it. This tells me I do not trust the metal. The stopper on the end is so hard it nearly slipped on my hardwood kitchen floor. Orignally was going to put another stopper on this and have it as a back up for when my mom stays with me but now I will just use it for myself maybe if I ever need one along the way. It is just not worth the risk. Using on my carpet it is ok. Too bad because I do like the look of this one and the fact it is foldable is just so handy. ... show more
