  • The velcro closures rubbed my skin raw.
Color: Black
I didn't like the way the velcro closure rubbed my skin raw on my arm. Put a bandage on that spot , much better. I am using this for a rotator cuff injury.

  • Arms thing that is better than the standard at the hospital
Color: Black
We have a very cheap arm sling that was given to us from the hospital for my grandmother, and it really seem to bother her neck. So I was searching for another arm. Sling that could be more comfortable for her. So far it seems like this arm swing is not any more comfortable for her so that is why I haven’t given it five stars. but I will say that it is easier to put on her because she has significant pain on her arm that I’m using it on this sling is quicker to put on and simpler to put on than the other. So for me, I will keep using this one, but it does not seem to be more comfortable for her which is the only reason that I bought it. Another thing I don’t care about this sling is that it seems to attract any type of lint or fabric. We don’t have pets but there’s just stuff stuck to the sling and it looks like it’s not in very good shape yet it is really close to being new. We don’t even use it every day and yet it looks worse than the crappy cheap. Sling that we got at the hospital. So if you care about the way that things look, beware that this fabric is not very high-end and will look pretty bad very quickly. ... show more

  • short but good
Color: Black
Works great and doesn't dig in or chafe at all. I like the versatility. Problem is I'm 6'5" and it a foot or two too short for me. might return it

  • Creative way to support stroke arm.
Color: Black
I love the instruction video. It helped a lot. I have one working arm due to a stroke. My left side is paralyzed. I needed something to support my left arm and keep it from dangling. I creatively made loops on each side and throw the middle portion behind my neck and maneuver my arm and hand into the loops with my right hand, so I can put it on by myself.( pic coming soon) ... show more

  • Dislocated shoulder and bracial plexus injury
Color: Black
The strap is soft, cool, and it is padded throughout. The velcro is strong enough to hold the weight of my arm, and the around the back configuration takes that burden off my neck. It also prevents my arm from swinging forward if I lean down. Disclaimer: Per my PT/OT, slings tend to support the shoulder too far forward and allow too much movement. They had me use an immobilizer until my shoulder dislocation healed. They also taught me that when my hand hangs at the wrist I need to incorporate a wrist brace to prevent nerve damage. I use this product now that my shoulder is more stable, but pair it with a wrist brace. ... show more

  • Light weight sling
Color: Black
It's not as cumbersome as a regular sling. I have no use of my arm and this felt like freedom

  • Very easy to use
Color: Black
My husband injured his shoulder ad had to immobilize it. Other slings seemed to short and were not adjustable. This sling was very adjustable and easy to fit. also, the wrist band seems to give greater support and is not so hot as the napkin type of slings, so he uses it more. which is the point of wearing it. ... show more
