I love this grip, I made more short putt on this grip and better on lag putting. I had this grip 3 years ago then I change it to a bigger grip. Oh boy mess up my putting stroke, I missed a lot of short putts on a bigger grip. This putter grip brings my 10 HDCP to 8 HDCP in under 2 months. Love it.     • It changed the feel of my putter.

My putter had a little bit of lead tape on the end of the shaft, under the grip. I took that tape off and put this grip on and the feel is different now, but I think with a couple of hours on the putting green I'll get used to it. The putter feels a little lighter in the head now, probably because the center of gravity moved 2 inches up. It swings very smooth and I think the grip being the same diameter from top to bottom is a good thing, it'll just take a little getting used to. By the way, the fit on the shaft of the putter was VERY tight... you have to use plenty of solvent and push it on firmly. Again, that's a good thing as it won't be moving around. The build quality is solid and should wear very well, for many years. I think I'll get the other weights too to see how they change the feel. ... show more

    • Overall, a nice grip
This grip performs great. The issue I had, is that getting it on my shaft was a pain in the butt. its like the hole down the middle was a little small. However, after struggling to get it on there, it's been great. I would recommend it to anyone and buy it again in the future.

The weighted grip allows me to keep the putter steady on the backstroke. Will this automatically make you a better putter ? No, still have to groove your stroke, learn how to read greens and practice but I really like the feel I get with this grip. I went with the 50 gram and it seems to work fine. I may try the 75 at some point and compare them. ... show more

    • Could not get the grip on my putter shaft

I removed my old grip and have the supplies and equipment to apply a new grip. However, this grip would not go in the shaft with the tape on and so I tried without the tape just to see if it fit , it’s a grip for a .060 shaft and that what I have, anyway I could not get the grip on the shaft. I had to take a drill and ream out the core of the grip and finally got it on with no tape, yikes that was a bitch! But the grips is not going anywhere even without tape but not sure why it was such a problem. ... show more

    • You can feel a difference in your grip and stroke immediately
I like the pistol grip better than the standard because it helps me repeat the same grip each and everytime. The convex seam fits my knuckle between the middle and proximal phalange perfectly. This gives a nice solid feel with little grip pressure. The counter weight is perfect on my Cameron Red X. It's especially noticeable on short to medium distance putts. There's a new smoothness to the takeaway and deviation at impact and follow through. Definitely noticeable. Give it a try I think you'll feel a difference right away.
