Update: the company reached out and sent me a replacement. My only issue was the lack of response but they more than made up for it. This desk is the perfect workspace for me! The desk was easy to assemble. Some of the final screws were challenging but I think that was more me than the desk. The space is perfect for me and it is pretty sturdy. My issue was the slide for the drawer was damaged (see photo). I emailed their customer service after talking to an Amazon rep and they never responded. I already had the desk mostly together and would have needed to return it if I let Amazon deal with it. It works sort of but I can’t really use the drawer. I’m annoyed that no one ever responded. I was hoping they could offer some option to fix or repair maybe. I don’t know but no response is a bad look. ... show more

Pretty easy to put together, not complicated. Instructions are clear with plenty of hardware that are clearly labeled/packaged and correct tools. All the holes lined up perfectly. However if it is just one person putting it together it is a bit awkward due to size/weight and can take longer. Took me two hours by myself and I'm not great at these things. As someone who occasionally works from home, I recently invested in a new desk to enhance my productivity and create an inviting workspace. I chose this desk as it met my functional needs. Design and Aesthetics: The desk's design is sleek, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. Its clean lines and minimalist appeal blend seamlessly with any interior decor, adding a touch of sophistication to my workspace. I need a desk that had a large enough workspace for paperwork and 2 large monitors, without taking up prime real-estate. The desk can be built with either a left or right return. It does default to the right return. Quality and Durability: The desk seems to have quality; it is a laminate over particle board. Functionality and Ergonomics: The desk's functionality is where it truly shines. With ample surface area and thoughtful organization features, it accommodates all my work essentials with ease. It offers plenty of legroom, allowing me to sit comfortably for extended periods. The desk also includes storage options it has one drawer and 3 shelves keeping my workspace tidy and clutter-free. It features well-placed cutouts for power center with 4 power plugs and 2 USB plug ins. One of USB plugs will be used for the under-shelf LED lighting if you choose to use that. Size and Space Efficiency: It maximizes space efficiency without compromising on functionality. It's worth noting that assembly is required, but the instructions provided are clear and somewhat straightforward. The desk can be built with either a right or left return. Instructions default to right return Price and Value: The desk fit my needs with size, versatility and price. If you're seeking a desk that combines style, functionality, this desk delivers exceptional value for the price. We bought two of these, assembling them one of the extensions on the left side and the other on the right, and places them side by side with the extensions in the center next to each other. That makes a great location for our printer and some other shared accessories and supplies. We left off the under-shelf lights because I found them annoying. The built-in AC and USB plugs are a great convenience, and the desks seem very sturdy. They were relatively easy to assemble with a minimum of tools. The screw holes on the boards lined up perfectly with those in the frame. The drawer is just reinforced canvas, but heavy enough for staplers, scissors, and other basic supplies. I'm going to admit that this took me two days to built, but that's because I had to work in between. The desk itself is really nice, very easy to put together and only took me about two or so hours, and I only needed an extra day to figure out the led strip part. It's an okay amount of space, some people may want more but this fits for me so I give it 5 stars, depending on what computer or laptop you have it may not have the desired amount of space. I think the led give it a good vibe for gaming, and with the outlet strip it's definitely something you can just spend hours playing/relaxing with. Price was not great for the overall quality of the product for starters. Once you opened it the nightmare could begin though. The instructions were superbad! The pictorial instructions would have you back tracking on building several times because they did not accurately reflect what the pieces looked like making the holes not align properly. It got so bad that near the end I ran into yet another time this happen, and I took matters into my own hands. Ended up drilling new holes and using self-tapping metal screws I had. It looks, ok, has decent space, but overall would not buy again. ... show more
