I didn’t know what to expect with not getting to see this in person before I bought it but I was so pleased. It is soft and good thickness to me. It has a rubber back and the rug is easily rolled and moved wherever you need to move it , to fit the area. It is beautiful. I received this area rug (in beige) in good condition, however, the plastic had been torn in shipping during a huge rain storm so the end of the role got wet. I had to wipe down the plastic before bringing it into my house due to dirt/mud. In the end, there was no damage but there could have been so providing this info as a warning to others. Other than that, I've been very happy with this area rug. The colors are as expected and work well in my room and the quality seems good, especially for the price. I love this rug. It’s lighter in person than it is in my picture. It’s very large. It really brought my room together. I personally like thicker rugs and this lacks in thickness, but I may end up liking that. We will see with time.
