  • Basically a Xbox controller with a wheel
Style: SV200
Firstly, it's NOT a high-end racing wheel ... get over that expectation. (I have a Thrustmaster FF wheel and stand rig that isn't setup at the moment). I'm not where I can setup my good rig so, for some quick racing I decided to try this on my pc. It works remarkably well, I got tired of trying to use a stick on my controller for some quick racing. Once I got it stable (no clamps included) it was plug and play. I played Grid Autosport to test it for several hours, I setup the controls sensitivity in-game and the wheel/pedals works quite well. Don't use your whole foot on the pedals, use big toe with the ball of your feet on the base. I was able to corner very well, won a few events ... etc. You have to think of it as a Xbox controller with a wheel ... nothing more. The rumble is weak but it's there. For those who say it breaks easily ... they are man-handling it roughly, I just don't see how unless you are careless with gorilla hands. It's cheap, for the price ... it gets you on the road nicely. Just find a stable way to mount it (the suction cups won't do it). If I have issues later on, I'll update. So far, so good. Update: Project Cars 2 worked just as well, setup the controls to Controller / Microsoft (NOT wheel) then set your sensitivity in-game. Update: Tested it in MotoGP 18 and TT Isle of Man. It's so much better than a controller stick. TT Isle of Man worked exceptionally well in first-person-view. ... show more

  • Birthday gift
Style: SV200
It is a birthday gift for my grandson, and won't be opened for a few more weeks. But, he picked it out himself and I know that he will love it.

  • It works. Not too well, but it works.
Style: SV200
updated: This wheel is not worth it. Don’t get me wrong it is cheap, however some better wheels such as the thrustmaster t80 can be found used in great condition for a little over 80 dollars and it beats this in many ways. This wheel is tiny. My phone is a hair smaller than it and it is almost impossible to stay serious while using 2 hands, it’s tiny. There is some vibration, the reason I say some is because you feel about 20% of it, the rest of it is moving the wheel. The pedals are cheap and super close together, making 2 foot driving hard. The wheels program buttons are okay but the buttons on the middle are pedals and shifters/steerihh by, meaning those are there for practically no reason. No problems using this on pc however it is questionable performance wise. It does spring back and has a good control, very hard to regain control if lost. The wheel is also super cheaply made, consisting of plastic (not the good kind) and one pedal came broken, i fixed it however that was a red flag right out of the box. Overall would not recommend for anyone who’s going to be using this a decent amount. Good for kids, not for anyone over 12 in my opinion. ... show more

  • Flawed, but a fair value for what you get
Style: SV200
This is the cheapest wheel / pedal set that I could find and it suited my needs well. I would recommend it for the purpose of figuring out whether you enjoy racing games enough with the cheap wheel that you would want to upgrade. The base was fine with the suction cups on a smooth table. The rare time one would get loose, I'd just wet it a bit and it would stick fine. Pedals work fine, they are close together, so larger boned folks might have trouble with them. The springs are weak so it's hard to have precise control over the pedals, but they're fine for starting out. The pedals WILL slide around, even on carpet. You will need to prop them against a wall or something sturdy. The wheel is indeed small, but this didn't bother me much. It controls fine, and worked with every game I tried (on the PC), including F1 2020, Assetto Corsa, and Assetto Corsa Competizione. The biggest flaw in the wheel is the paddle shifters. They are complete garbage. They have strong springs and thin plastic connecting them to the wheel. I am gentle in how I used controllers and the first one broke on the first day of use (snapped off). I was extra careful with the second paddle, but it also broke, this time the spring popped out internally and couldn't be retrieved so it just rattled around inside. The other flaw is that the wheel uses a potentiometer as the sensor. What this essentially means is that it will wear out over time and get very jittery. So after about 180 hours of use, you can really notice the wheel sometimes jerking around in game even when you have it steady in your hands. I should point out that it would not be reasonable to expect a $50 wheel to NOT have a potentiometer, so I'm not going to ding them a star for it, but be aware, this controller has a limited use life. If you get to 200 hours of use and you still want more, it's time to upgrade to a better one. Overall I enjoyed my time with this wheel even with its flaws. It did what I expected and made driving games much more fun than with a gamepad. Don't compare it to a $250 wheel and you'll be fine. ... show more
