I purchased this to use as a pantry in my very small kitchen with limited storage space. The box/instructions recommend having assistance; however, I didn’t have anyone to help so I did it alone. I would recommend having someone to help if you do have someone; however, it’s possible alone (I’m a single female). I’ve put together many a bookshelf/cabinet/dresser etc. You definitely need patience and time for this cabinet. I had to look at the picture instructions (there aren’t words) a few times on some of the steps, before I understood what they were saying. All together, it took about an hour or so for me to get it set up. It feels sturdy and was able to hold all my pantry items. The door is a little tricky and you have to make sure to push it all the way in before you turn the handle to latch it closed. I don’t plan on using the lock feature, but it does work. I am 73 years old and did the assembly by myself! That's how easy it is! The schematics were a bit confusing, but from unwrapping to having a great looking closet took just about 2 hours. Just 1 piece of warning: the box is super heavy. That's the only part I needed help with.

I purchased the unit with the peg board. It was easy to put together for me, but I took over after my husband couldn't figure out part of it. He was looking at the directions upside down, however, so take that as you will. The shelves are truly adjustable - there is a track running the full height of the cabinet so you can space them in many different configurations. I left off one shelf so I could store bigger items, like a chainsaw, on the bottom. The door pouches are great for smaller items like spare tape measures. The hanging hooks are a little pointless in my opinion since you have to keep in mind the spacing with the doors closed. I have a couple of bungee straps hanging from the bar and it works great for keeping them organized. It also didn't come with peg board pegs and I have yet to pick some up so I can't speak to the quality, but it is a metal peg board so it shouldn't have any trouble holding basic tools. ... show more

I really hesitated since this wasn’t a Prime product and shipping cost can be hard to justify. The cabinet arrived on time and safely. It is such a high quality metal cabinet that I really didn’t need to worry about it getting dented- besides the packaging was beyond sufficient, even reusable! It’s super cute and the drawers, casters and lock work smoothly. It was surprisingly difficult to find A4 hanging folders but they are needed. Easier to find properly sized drawer organizers. Hubby out this together, and he complained a lot. However, once completed, it is exactly as described, sturdy, lots of room. Love it!!
