I looked for a long time and read tons of reviews before purchasing this case. The pros: I have no doubt of the protection this case offers as it fits the phone very well. Cons: the biggest issue I have is the charging cable that came with the phone won't fit in the charging port! And taking the case off is challenging, so it's not something I want to do every time the phone needs to be charged. I liked the idea of the stand on the back of the phone, but it's exceptionally difficult to open making it useless. The S21 Ultra is already a large phone and this case makes it very heavy. It may be a good case for some, but it's too large to hold comfortably with one hand for me. Overall, it's a great case as far as protection but it has design flaws that will prevent me from keeping it. It should absolutely fit the charging cable that comes with the phone! ... show more

Will proably never buy any other case, I buy this same case for every phone I purchase. Yes it adds a little bulk but not too much plus it's a stand, vertical or horizontal. Yes wireless charging still works great as well can't beat it great price great quality

I have used this brand for over 5 years. The quality, in terms of durability, have always surpassed my expectations. With that said, the only complaint I have is the color variance from the Amazon photo to real life. I expected a much more vibrant blue.     • Strong design, but the kickstand could use some work.

In terms of protection, I'm not worried a bit about this case. But the reason I bought it is for the kickstand. Good viewing angles and it feels solid when standing in landscape form, portrait is as sturdy as a phone can be like that. My issue is in setting the kickstand up. I don't have long finger nails and it hurts to jam my nail under the lip of the kickstand to pop it out of it's closed position. If you have long nails, I could easily see them breaking on the kickstand. It needs to be a bit looser or easier to open because, at the moment, I have 3 fingers in pain from opening the stand about 5 times total throughout the day. ... show more

    • Skip the Otterbox case, grab one and a screen protector

I've been using SUPCASE brand phone cases for a few years now, at first looking for a cheaper alternative to the Otterbox brand, now I'm a full convert to the Unicorn Beetle. These cases rock for the price, you get a perfectly acceptable level of protection for what you're paying for, and the built-in kickstand is quite easily the best part of the case. I use it constantly, it keeps my phone in landscape mode perfectly, though on a large phone like the S21 Ultra, portait mode is a little bit unsteady. I'd like to see future revisions of this case make the kickstand a little wider to provide some extra support for portrait mode. Any case will fix this issue, but this one in particular does fix the issue with the S21 series being uneven on their backs when put down, thanks to the rubber "feet" on the back of the case, it's sturdy and slide-resistant when you go to put your phone down for a bit. There's also a nice lip on the front of the case where the screen is so your screen won't touch the surface you put it down on if you opt to set it face-down. Overall the Unicorn Beetle case punches well above it's weight class and is fine competition for Otterbox cases. Note: This case does NOT come with a built in screen protector like previous phone models do, you would do well to buy your own along with this case for peace of mind. There's enough of room for a thinner film style screen protector, though I cannot vouch for thicker glass protectors like ZAGG brand being compatible. Regardless, a thinner, flexible screen protector is better than none, so that would be my recommendation. ... show more
