we ordered an outdoor set from Sunsitt. Assembly takes a little time, but is very easy. The seats are comfortable and seem sturdy. I want to share that we had one screw that broke and our cover did not fit our extended set. I reached out to the company and they were very quick to respond and made everything work. I am so familiar with companies putting up barriers once they have your money. Sunsitt was amaazing at responding to my emails and listening to my concerns and addressing each one. The good. It's a big set for the price. I can't find anything else this big for under $2k. It's decent quality materials and comfortable. Looks great. The not so good. They give you a cheap Alan wrench, go buy a Alan socket. It will save a bunch of time. The back is too short and should be 2-3" taller. The cover it comes with only fits a 7 piece and they do not make a cover for the entire set. Their solution is to take the set apart every day and buy a separate small cover for 2 seats. If you're on a budget this is great. But if you can spend more I would keep looking for something better. ... show more

Beautiful set yet extremely small outdoor furniture. Much smaller than similar sets from frontgate or yardbird. Purchased last year yet donated this year because it is simply too small and not very comfortable.

We initially thought we were missing 2 seat sections, but we found them. The set itself is as advertised. The "natural" color is more natural-looking than in the product photos online. It's more "greige". It's raining a lot here right now, so we don't have the cushions on the set, but hopefully the photos give you an idea. Also, nobody seems to photograph these things from the back, so I included a photo if that helps anyone. From the other reviews, I was worried that the seats would not be deep enough or the backs of the chairs too short. That isn't the case at all. The milky tempered glass looks good too. We chose this set, because the others we looked at had a wicker or cushion surface where you would set a drink or a dish. Good value and lots of seating for the price. ... show more

I had an issue with the shipment of this product. The boxes arrived damaged and some were missing. Amazon promised a solution but they never delivered. The seller stepped in and made things right. I highly recommend this seller and their products. Amazing customer service even when Amazon did wrong they made it right. The products were damaged due to shipping but apart from that I could tell the materials and quality of the items were high. If anything I can suggest the seller to review their packaging, especially for items with glass. Keep up the good work! ... show more

Hesitated ordered this set - in fact I went to my local patio furniture store to compare prices. I expected to see higher prices, but also expected to see superior quality. Well, I did not. The comprable set to this half-moon set (without the fire table) was over $6,000. The materail and build quality were the same. Yup, I got sick in the store. Went home and ordered this set. It arrived in a few days, in several boxes. Very well packed and FedEx did a good job. I ordered an additional cover - and the seller reached out to me because I ordered the wrong size. Super nice. Only negitive, which is purely my opinion and my wife disagrees, I think it is a little on the small size. We do love it. ... show more
