After 10 days the desk got stuck on it's lowest setting and despite any of the fixes I tried (and I tried them all ) I was unable to get the desk to function properly. ordered the product on Black Friday. gosh, it took almost 4 weeks to be delivered, but that's fine, as I was aware of the ongoing transportation crisis. Even more so if the product is made in China. Anyway, the product packaging was good... I wouldn't say perfect, but reasonably good. however, the product was delivered damaged, particularly the edges of the top wooden panel. that was heart-breaking. I was pretty sure it was the courier company's fault. I talked to the customer service team, since I did not want another hassle to return the product (yes, it's heavy and big). the team was quite responsive and negotiated at a reasonable term, hence a win-win. Knowing that return cost would be high anyway, I could be more demanding, but let's not be emotional since everyone is distressed these days. the product quality is good - easy to assemble, with some spare parts, and the wooden board is quite sturdy. doesn't make much noise. it's still day 1, so I'll to test it out for the next few months. rest assured no update means the product is working as expected. ... show more

I had a desk like this from another company since over two years and needed now a second one. There prices went through the roof. Therefore I looked for another vendor and found this gem. For me it is important having two motors and that the motor does not stick out under the desk. I like a clean design and got this with this great desk. The desk is in one piece which is another must have. That this is not real would is not a big deal. It has even advantages when you are spilling prone like I am. Their customer service is fantastic. They are fast with responsive and professional. I had a big spill the other day and a lot of tea went into the controller. They came back to me and offered a replacement. Luckily after drying out everything is working again as normal. All in all this table is highly recommend by. I would have gotten a bigger version of mine if I would have the space at my place but that will have to wait until we found a bigger home. Then I plan to hand this one down to the daughter and get myself an upgrade. :) ... show more

The desk does what a standing desk is supposed to do. The dual motors ensure for quick adjustments, and aren't loud! The tabletop is sturdy when in sitting mode. The only issue is that there is a little bit of wobble when adjusted higher than 40 inches, but each use case will vary depending on how heavy the things are on your desk. I have a couple monitors and a computer on my desk, and there is some wobble when typing, but that's to be expected. So after a blood clot in my leg and back pain, I realized the need for a sit/stand desk. I was looking for something that could Handel both my 32in LG monitors /w arms, my mic arm, my tablet arm, I also added a 36in golden oak keyboard/mouse pullout (you can find kits on amazon) along my random junk this desk goes up and down very easy, no struggling, the collision detection works well. It was Def a good buy, had it 6ish mts now, wanted to write the review after some time. Only neg I have is make sure u look when u plug in the rj45 there are 2 connection ports, one is a bit smaller, I assume for another model, or programing at factor. ... show more
