I just took this backpack to Hawaii for a week. I put cold beers in the backpack and 6 small ice packs. The backpack was in a hot car, at the beach in the sun and when I got back home after 12 hours, the leftover beers were still cold. Also, the quality feels like it should cost 3 times the price. It has a lot of compartments to put your items and looks nice. I would recommend not using ice as it will probably melt - ice packs are the way to go and much cleaner. ... show more

This came in so handy when we went on vacation! It fit behind the seat and held the perfect amount of drinks. The down side is that water left in it too long or if it gets tipped, I will leak in between the lining.

I cannot express how great it’s been having this. We have kids in sports on the weekends usually requiring us to pack a lunch and eat on the go between games. This is a game changer. We had been lugging around a heavy cooler or carrying one that had an uncomfortable shoulder strap. The media could not be loaded. I bought this backpack for a trip and used it with ice packs and it de-thawed a lot quicker than expected/advertised. I’ve had it for about a month and just tried to use it for a beach vacation, filled it with ice and it leaked within the first 5 mins of filling it up with ice and drinks. It leaked all the way through our lunch and while we were on the beach and the ice melted very quickly. Very disappointed that this was not what it was advertised to be. This was perfect for carrying a ton of cans and bottles into the Indy 500. It kept things cold but I really wanted it for the ease of hauling over a mile of walking into the track. I actually bought two of them.
