Just received my furniture from Sun Haven. It came a week earlier than stated, which is great!. It was well packed on a pallet with all boxes. There were no missing items. The seats are not as plush as I would have liked, but my daughter loved it. I've been looking for months and the big seller for me was "no assembly". We just pulled them out of the box and added cushions. If you are looking for very heave furniture this is probably not right for you. I love that this product came fully built. The delivery came earlier than expected. We had on issue with one of our club chairs arriving a littl squished and are working with the seller to resolve.

We love this set as it surpassed our expectations for initial quality and appearance. It was difficult to find an affordable set that was the desired color, and comfortable with thick, durable cushions. We had a small bump in the road when the glass table top arrived broken, but Michael from Sunhaven answered emails within ten minutes and had a new glass top shipped out the same day. The furniture is sturdy and just what I wanted. Came with unexpected clips to attach ottomans to chair to create lounges if desired. Cushions could be a bit softer but that many come with usage.
