To make good on my promise, I am updating this review based on the great customer service from Sunco. I contacted the manufacturer through their website and they asked for images of the back of the lights that apparently gave them manufacture batch dates so they could track any manufacturing issues. They have shipped replacements. I cannot ask for anything more.... I will leave the original review below for prospective buyer info. I bought 72 of these lights for a new construction project that finished about 4 months ago. Very easy to install, sleek looking, and has great color and brightness. However, in that short time, I've had to replace about 8 lights where the plastic tip that holds the springs on, breaks off. See pics. I suspect that the heat generated by the lights causes the plastic to become brittle and since the spring is constantly under pressure, they eventually shear off. I've also had 3 recently burn out and stop working. Not a huge deal as you expect to replace some lights now and then, but I have 15' - 20' ceilings, so it becomes very "inconvenient." The description claims a 7-year warranty. I will update this review if they make good on the warranty. ... show more

I bought these lights for my garage, and they worked out great. They're super bright, and put off a constant light (no flickering even with high speed video). They also behave the same even when dimming.

Not only some of these lights stopped working within two or three months, many of them are now flickering which is really disappointing. I would not recommend buying this brand. I contacted their customer service for the warranty, I will update this review accordingly.

Installed in Kitchen and Dining area after removing old fluorescent buzzing lights for the last time. Much better light coverage and dimmable to boot. Never could do that with the old lights. This is my second time to purchase these lights and I bought the 24 pack this time for even greater savings. I plan to replace all the lights inside with these.
