I was contemplating buying "canned" type but these spring loaded ones made the installation a real breeze.... They look really nice,and I went one step further purchasing the gimbaled type for directional function... I hope they last long. I will return to edit to either confirm or deny longevity.

Loved the fact that it came with clips that all you have to do is push the wires into each clip that already has the Black, White , and Green wires installed and then just shove them into the metal Bochum and close the trap. Also nice to be able to select your color brightness

I was worried about my skill to remove old cans with old gimball lights and replace with these. Youtube video showed me it shouldn't be too hard and sure enough, it was a piece of cake! Replaced 2 failing gimball lights with these and they're so much brighter!! The 360 degree swivel made it so easy to point these in the direction I wanted as well. Nice product.
