  • Great summer toy!
Style: Big Blast
I purchased this Banzai inflatable slide last summer for my 7 year old who cannot handle chlorine. He loves it! It is easy and fast to set up once you have a little practice. Taking it down takes a bit because you want to make sure it’s dry. We stored it in an extra large bin during the off season and and when we set it up this year it looked just great! ... show more

  • Some advice on keeping this product working for many seasons...
Style: Slide N Soak
Reading the reviews I think I'm spotting a trend I can help with. This isn't my 1st rodeo with inflatable pool slides. I have three kids, this is my 3rd slide in the last 15 years. I live in Texas and it gets oppressively hot here in the summer time. I'd also add that in my experience that all three of my slides in this price point were of similar quality. The first slide I set up many years ago and to be blunt I was lazy about it. I'd keep it out for several days if not weeks at a time, obviously not always running, not always with water to cool the vinyl/plastic material used. The sun literally cooked it until it basically disintegrated in only one season. The next slide I bought I took down after every use and put in the shed, out of the sun. It lasted me for at least 4 seasons that way. I'd honestly still have it but when we moved to another town it was purge time and we retired it after many years of good service. So when I decided to get this new slide, I was pleased to see that it was very similar in construction and quality. I don't inflate it unless water is running and I'm making sure to continue to put it away after every use, I have no doubt it will last me a long time. We're parents and grandparents we're supposed to understand that if you take care of your things that they'll take care of you. Now go wash your hands... but not before you get one of mom's cookies. You're a good kid! ... show more

  • Moldy, Poor Quality
Style: Slide N Soak
Bought this less that a year ago. Let it dry out 90%, rolled it up to put in garage for winter. Pulled it back out for the following summer and it is covered in mold. Molded so bad that it is eating away at the material. When unboxed seams of material we’re not sewn together tightly and leaked air. Holes for the water line that attaches to the climbing area spewed water everywhere but into the slide. Overall very poor quality and extremely overpriced!!!!! Negative stars would be appropriate for this item for the $700 it cost when originally purchased in 2020. ... show more

  • Disappointed in size
Style: Slide N Soak
I had one of these about 13 years ago for my daughter when she was about 8. I got this one for my grandkids that are 3 and 6. This one was so much smaller than the one I got years ago. They recommend this for ages up to 12. I can't imagine a 12 year old on this unless they are very small. I'm so glad my grandkids are as young as they are so I hope we can get several years of use out of it. I am glad that it's made much lighter than it was when I first got one. I can handle this one all by myself. I do wish they would make it so the pool can stay up with out leaving the blower on 24/7 so the water can get warm or stay warm over several days. But as soon as you turn off the blower, it goes flat. Therefore if I have the grandkids for the weekend, I have to leave the blower on 24/7 for them to be able to play more than one day. ... show more

  • Fun BUT a lot of work to dry water out
Style: Slide N Soak
easy to assemble and provides hours of fun! The only downside is take down and drying out the unit. this is not an easy task and takes a lot of extra time. Water seeps through the inflated holes and it is impossible to drain that water out. Still trying to figure out how to get this water out. Also, my son is 3 yrs old and is a little too small to master the climbing wall up to the slide. I'm sure he will get the hang of it but it might take some time. As with any water toy, this is a grass killer as the kids let out a lot of water from the pool area easily. We are on a slight slope as well which does not help. Would recommend a completely flat yard. The "pool" area is great and large enough for kids to sit/play. The slide is great/safe! Just the right speed. ... show more

  • Great quality for average use and easy to repair if more
Style: Big Blast
Our first weekend using it there were 8-10 kids on it. It got used hard. So it was no surprise that a hole or 2 popped up, but they were easily fixed with the included patch kit. By the end of the weekend a seam had split which the patches could not fix, so I sewed it and it has held. Given the abuse my child's friends have put it through, I'd say I'm happy with the quality . It did require repair, but it WAS used hard and after said (simple) repairs it is still working perfectly. It's also so easy to set up that my 11 y/o can do it herself. Spreading it out and drying thoroughly is a bit of a challenge and takes time... but it's also easy to clean when inflated. ... show more

  • Banzai quality control...none
Style: Big Blast
This water slide isamazing, but a weight water bag (1of 2) was missing from box. Emailing them, they responded after 3 weeks requesting documentation of purchase (from Amazon), bar codes, proof of purchase. I sent multiple pictures plus some, they responded with more requests....picture of missing water weight in instruction book circled and another number on bottom of slide which has been carefully boxed up. They also informed me that any shipment and custom costs I would have to pay. This product was over 800.00, and we just have to tie down the side without the extra water weight. Inconvenient but for 800 bucks I should get all parts needed. I wouldn’t recommend this product; kids love it, but we have issues with the missing weight. Getting any satisfaction out of Banzai has proved to be frustrating and infuriating. Good luck if you order one! ... show more

  • Great for younger kids.
Style: Slide N Soak
For my 3 year old this water slide would get 5 stars. He had a BLAST!!! and so did his friends that were his age. I do however have 3 older kids 9+ and none of them could enjoy this slide, its way too small and started to tip when my 9 yr old tried to climb up the stairs. So I would definitely recommend this product for anyone maybe 7 yrs old or younger. My kids are rather tall so maybe smaller children can enjoy this much longer than mine. But again great product for younger kids!! Also the set up was super easy. It took about a day in the sun to completely dry out while inflated then it was easy to pack up. We definitely are enjoying it! ... show more
