I really like the ease of use and the fact that it is relatively lightweight so I finally pulled the plug and bought one. A pretty simple machine that does it's basic task very well. As hopefully the pictures show, it easily & effectively cleaned aggregate & brick with little effort. Initial setup & assembly is easy, with the help of a YouTube or two. The multiple tips are a nice touch. They attach easily & have a simple storage space. I appreciate that the motor only runs only when the wand trigger is depressed and that the pressure washer has wheels for easy transport. I would note that the wand hose is stiff which makes it a little awkward to navigate but probably contributes to its longevity; further I attached a quick connect fixture to the water inlet, as its low location makes it awkward to screw a hose into. It is not industrial strength but it is well worth its price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was weary, getting something from the market place, you never know what you will get, but Amazon return policy is good. Needles to say this pressure washer works like a charm no issues mechanically. The only thing this machine has is a cracked wand holder fixed it with thick tape, and for that 100 off. Very happy with this purchase, completely removed my dog tracks that had been there for months. ... show more

    • I *really* want to love this thing, but…
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this power washer in May of this year (2024) and used it once over the summer to power wash our deck. I was super impressed with it because it worked beautifully. I put it away in our enclosed garage where it hung out safely until about a month ago (September), when I pulled it out to start our fall cleanup. Got everything hooked up, turned it on, and began spraying down our RV. Within a few moments, it started sputtering strangely, and then making an awful buzzing sound. I turned it off and unplugged it to check all the connections; everything looked fine and secure so I turned it back on, only to immediately start losing pressure and the buzzing started turning to a high keening groan. A smell of melted plastic kicked in. Video above shows the sound. When I let go of the trigger to shut it off, the keening/groaning continued even without water running through it and amped up in such a way that it had me running to the outlet to unplug it because it legitimately sounded like it was getting ready to implode and it scared the bejeezus out of me. I contacted SunJoe (parent company is SnowJow) the same day with the same concerns and video and over 2 weeks later I still have no resolution. I’ve gotten a couple of borderline incoherent messages from customer service that seem like badly translated generic/pre-programmed responses but no actual solution has been offered. I paid nearly a good chunk of money for this thing and it only worked one dang time before it seemingly started trying to blow itself up, and I can’t even get anyone to offer a solid solution because their customer service either sucks or is on an extended vacation. It’s past the Amazon return window so now I’m just stuck with a nearly-$300 hunk of junk. ... show more

Stupidly I ordered another brand of pressure washer and once it was delivered, unpacked and started up I realized the power was just not there. They claimed 4500 Max psi, I would have been lucky if it even had 1000pst. I packed it up and sent it back. I immediately went back to Amazon and got myself the SunJoe SPX3000 XTI and I am so happy I did. You can feel the difference in pressure right away. I also have the tiller and this is my second pressure washer. never going back to others SunJoe is the way to go. ... show more
