Although I never heard of this brand of tire and could not see where they were made (Vietnam by the way) I decided to give them a try after reading some of the reviews. I have to say I’m very please with them so far. The ride is great, road noise is not even noticeable. I’ve had narrower Hankooks on a mini van that howled like crazy so was shocked that these Summits are so quiet. Haven’t had a chance to try them in the rain but by the looks and feel I believe they will do fairly well considering being so wide. First time I’ve bought auto tires online and was concerned about getting old tires, but after getting these and checking the date, it turns out they were manufactured less that 6 mos ago so that was great. Shipping was fast although the first delivery attempt failed since a signature was required and I was not home from work at that time, but got delivered the following day. Took to my sons high school to get mounted and balanced since he is taking auto shop, and that went well according to him. I’m giving mileage a five star only because I’m confident they will do well. The tires seem great: aggressive and deep tread design, quiet ride. On the one hand, I think it's good value for the money, if you're only buying the tires. Through this process I've learned I'm probably better off with a one stop shop for product and services: the installer (Mavis) cancelled their confirmed appointment, I called a few places who are Amazon installers - to a location, they were all higher than their Amazon price, time delays, time spent on phone calls and online chats with customer service, carting the tires around to find a place, the whole thing was a hassle. I may have saved $150 over just going to a tire store and buying a set off the rack, but the time investment and hassle just don't seem worth it. Of course, since the installation service was cancelled, I can't complain about it on it's own, so I have to do it here. Takeaway: if you don't mind a lot of running around, etc, this can be a great deal for a quality tire, but if you're looking for an inexpensive option overall this is not the way to go. ... show more

Installed 4 of these on a newly purchased 1998 Cobra. I will admit I was unsure about these tires, however they hold up really well with my Cobra on tight exits, fast turns, highway driving and wet roads. Low tire noise and car stays where I put it. No idea how long they will last, but for now I am very happy with them. Mounting was thru Amazon and the local Mavis Tire did an excellent job. ... show more

I baugth 275 tires for my scat pack got the tires installed so far ride quality ain't bad it's actually kinda good and the tires actually hook well from a dig they spin a Little but once they hook they hook but the only reason they spin is because I'm not warming up the tires but I bet if I was to warm them up they would hook asap but so far tires are good I'll see how they hold up on my scat pack I'm actually surprised on how good they tires are hopefully they hold up so I can keep buying them. Update tires are real good they been holding up well I've done launch control with my scat pack and let me say they hook amazing I don't even warm them up imagine if I do I just wished they made them IN 315 ... show more

What I liked about the tire is that it’s well made and the treads on the tires look awesome. Just got them mounted and balanced and the ride is great. Traction is awesome and there is very low road noise with these tires. Hopefully the tread wear will last the 50,000 miles .

I installed these tires on my 93 Mustang GT and they were hard to install as they are low profile tires. Once installed they work well Low road noise and the rubber is not to soft. I have not had them longer than 6 months and do not drive the car daily so I am not sure how long they will last just yet. Will update later. If I remember. ... show more
