  • 10,000 miles and still great tires
Size: 225/55R18
Had these tires installed on a AWD 2017 Infiniti QX50. These were road forced balanced I am almost 5000 miles and will have them rebalanced when they are rotated. But so far they perform well at all speeds and they have been up to 135mph and handled very well. Driven in some very heavy rain and no issues with hydroplaning. Road noise is not bad. And at 5000 miles on them they still look new. Cornering is very good and handling is very good as well. But as far as quality I like em. Don’t be afraid to put these on your vehicle. Good price and exceptional value for the money. Edit 2/04/24 Have around 10,000 miles on em and they are wearing very well. Still look new. I have driven in heavy rain and some snow with absolutely no issues. I have had these tires up to 140mph and they handle great. ... show more

  • Good Tires
Size: 215/50R17
Considering I’ve owned a garbage company and a water company, plus have many rental properties, I have had countless tires. I have brands I like and I have brands I love. Texans tires are tires I love! Let me tell you why. Lexani tires have good treading allowing for dependable grip as well as safe handling in all weather circumstances. I live in rural Louisiana, so crap on the road like screws, sharp pebbles, broken glass, and other trash seem to not have the effect of causing flats near as often as other brands. As a matter of fact, since I began using this tire brand three years ago, I haven’t had a single incident involving me repairing a tire! No flats. No chunks coming out or tearing away, not a single pin hole or leak at all. These tires have held the road and their integrity to date. You can pay the extra money for a name like Goodyear or Yokohama, or you can buy a quality tire for a very good price while knowing you’ve got a safe and dependable set of tires on the road. I Personally give these tires a 10 of 10 rating for quality, safety, and dependability! If you buy Lexani brand tires you will find out what i mean by “Lexani brand tires are a damn good tire!” ... show more

  • Smooth, quiet and grippy
Size: 235/45R18
2017 Kia Soul! 1.6T This is only an initial impression, as the tires were just installed today, after a two week fiasco in which I've decided to make an effort to never use FedEx again. Such an incompetent company. Anyway, to the tires. My initial impression, at speeds up to about 50 mph, is that they are smoother, quieter, and considerably grippier than the mediocre OEM Nexen CP671 tires they replaced. They have very good response and bite at initial turn-in and very linear grip and response throughout the turn. They have a very nicely refined feel and ride. I can not speak to wet traction or how they ride on the highway yet, or longevity, but I will update this review after I put some miles on them and experience a wider range of driving conditions. But for the price of these tires and the apparent quality that my initial impression suggests, you can't go wrong with them and I definitely recommend them as a great budget alternative to the overpriced big-name brands. *Update*- I have now had several opportunities to drive in the rain, including one torrential downpour. These tires have far better wet traction than the OEM tires that I replaced, in fact they don't seem to lose any significant amount of grip compared to dry pavement. And no hint of hydroplaning up to about 50 mph in rain so hard you can barely see to drive. I'm liking these tires more and more. *2cnd edit* At my first the rotation at 5000 miles, the tires have lost 2/32 on the fronts and 1/32 on the rears. At this wear rate I should get 20k miles or a little more before they need replacing. I consider this to be very adequate for UHP tires. Also, having now taken several long highway trips, a pleasant surprise was that my fuel mileage actually increased by about 2 miles per gallon. Again, I don't think you'll be disappointed with these tires. ... show more

  • Bad Tires
Size: 245/40R18
I never write reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said here in case anyone else is has the same issues in the future. I've been hearing good things about these tires for a while now, both personally and through online reviews, so I decided to replace my worn summer tires with these. Had them mounted, balanced, and installed the day I got them. Ever since they were put on I've had nothing, but issues. No matter how many times I got my wheels rebalanced the car would always pull to the right and pull hard on at highway speeds. My steering wheel would shake at 60+ MPH and I had these rebalanced at 3 different places. Rotated my tires around, but no matter how I put them they would pull to the right. I got an alignment and my suspension checked, but everything was in the green. I spent the last 3 weeks throwing money and spending so much time trying to figure out what was wrong. Had a couple days of rain and they could barely grip while making regular turns in the city, which completely caught me offguard and scared me. Had to make a long trip this weekend and it was terrifying, I was gripping my steering wheel the entire time while it was shaking. When I got to the destination a small rusty nail made its way into my left rear tire and punctured near the sidewall, I knew it was time to throw these out and get me some good summer tires as usual. Got some Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02s and POOF! All the issues magically went away! These tires are cheap and poorly made, so buy them at your own risk. I bought them thinking I was getting a crazy bang for my buck, but it cost me way more to diagnose and get new ones. I'd also like to remind everyone that tires are the only things connecting you to the ground while you're driving, don't cheap out on them! ... show more
