    • Adequate BUT if had seen in person first, would have bought something else
I needed a couple of lamps for end tables to a couch as secondary lighting. This pair minimally met the requirements at first read and observation of the images. However after seeing them in person, for the price these were not worth it. I should have returned them but was hoping after assembly they would not be as cheap looking since my attempts to repackage were not working. If I knew the cons list below before they arrived, I would have bought a different pair. See Pros and Cons. I am keeping them as I already assembled them. Ultimately, I had to purchase replacement parts to make them function and blend into the room as the images in the description falsely imply. I do not recommend these lamps unless you don't care what the lamps look like, are willing to spend additional money and or want to reshape parts using plyers. These were the additional costs I had to pay on top of the purchase price not including the bulbs I had to also buy: * $15 - for a pair of shade harps that match the lamp finish in lieu of the BRASS SHADE HARPS * $13 - for a pair of pull chains to match the lamp finish in lieu of the CHROME PULL CHAINS & HANDLE ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***** Pros ***** + The overall minimalist appearance of the lamps (after changing out poor quality items on the lamp) is what I was seeking. + has two USB ports on each lamp for easy access charging + Color of the lamp shades was what I was seeking ***** Cons ***** - FALSE DESCRIPTION & IMAGES: Omitted the different metals and finishes for each aspect of the lamps. For example, the images appeared to use the same finish for the pull chains (they are actually chrome) as the lamps (that are black/ dark bronze). I had to buy two chains with pulls of the black/dark bronze finish to achieve the description images at an additional cost [ COST ADDITIONAL $12.78 to the purchase price to fix this issue ]. - POOR VALUE: The price [ $38.50 delivered ] seemed really good and comparable to other lighting solutions I have purchased from Amazon with 4 and 5 star experiences. BUT, the four different metals/ finish used for each part of the lamp makes them haphazard and cheap looking requiring replacement or painting of parts of the lamp. I need to paint or replace the * BLACK/DARK-BRONZE lamp finish * CHROME pull chain and ball * WHITE frames for shades * low-end BRASS lamp shade harps - POOR QUALITY CONTROL: There were chips and scratches on the black/ dark bronze lamp finish while the cheap brass shade harps were bent and the shade mounts were not centered or upright to the harp itself. Both had to be CAREFULLY reshaped and bent into place with two pairs of plyers before installing. It took multiple efforts for each lamp. Ultimately had to replace the shade harps [ ADITIONAL COST of $15 ]. ***** Observations ***** I knew these going in but thought from the description and pictures, these were worth the price even with these limitations. Given the additional items needed for these lamps and these observations, I would have purchased other lamps if I knew the cons list before receiving them. * The charging ports are only USB-A type rather than having at lease one USB-C type for current chargers. * Doesn't include bulbs whereas many competitors do include bulbs. * As with many lamps/ lighting solutions from Amazon, they include shades that require assembly. I don't have an issue with this but it does take a little finesse to get them to assemble and sit on the harps properly. ... show more

These are beautiful and easy to put together but I can’t find which lightbulbs to buy.

The media could not be loaded. These lamps work great in our media room so kids don’t fight over chargers. They charge phones/iPads pretty fast. They were well packaged. The shades were easy to assemble and they have decent weight to them for the price.

When I first saw these I really liked them. Then I read how you had to put shade together. Was really thinking twice about them then watched the video the woman sent in as instructions. Didn't look TOO hard so I figured if I couldn't put together I'd send back. Received them in about a week, opened the box, held my breath and started putting together. When I got to the shades it was so easy I couldn't believe it! So easy! They are on my nightstands in bedroom and they look and work great! I would definitely recommend these lamps! ... show more
