Bought these for my boyfriend. He really liked them and said they are comfortable. After about a month, the fabric on the toe eventually tore to show the steel underneath but his job makes it pretty hard on shoes. Pretty fair pair for the price.

I bought a pair on the recommendation of a friend, because I work on the aviation industry at airports (as he does) and was an excellent decision buying a pair! Not only ensure the safety of the wearers’ feet, but also save the trouble of changing shoes when people commute to work... they are suitable for daily wear... anti-smashing... anti-puncture; appropriate for industry, construction and outdoor activities... breathable, lightweight and very comfortable. Overall a decent fit although the steel plates rub against my toes a bit more than they probably should (near the base of my pinky and big toes). Lightweight. Feels similar to tennis shoes minue the plate issue. My biggest frustration is that the tongue is sewn to the shoe sides and it doesn't stretch ANY to accommodate when you are trying to get your foot in. You cannot loosen the strings to get it on and off. (You can, but it doesn't do much!) They are very frustrating to put on in the morning because of that. I probably would not purchase them again because of that reason! ... show more

These shoes are light and comfortable but the top seems delicate - I think they would be good for someone who doesn't do a lot of kneeling and wants to protect their toes. I am only giving 4 stars as I want to see how the material wears. but after a couple weeks I don't really have any complaints.
