I’ve owned this watch for several months. I don’t wear it daily, but it keeps accurate time when in use. It IS mechanical, which can’t be worn leisurely as a quartz. If abused, bumped or dropped, components will fail or break in this type of watch. I own several Stuhrling timepieces, including this one and 3 different pocket watches. I like the watch. It looks great. Unfortunately, mine stopped after having only worn it a couple of times. It comes with a 2 year warranty. The problem is it costs $30 shipping and handling to submit a claim to Sturhling under warranty (for a watch that costs about $90). That's just ridiculous. *************************************************************************** Update: When the replacement came in from Amazon, it wasn't working when it arrived.
