I got this because I wanted something that would hold more food than a regular slotted spoon when serving or draining food from a pot. This is fantastic! It's large without being too large. It will hold at least 3 to 4 times the amount of a regular slotted spoon! And you know what that means - it's a lot faster & less wear & tear on your hands & wrists! It's fantastic for draining pasta, boiled potatoes, hard boiled eggs, veggies, etc.. It has become one of my favorite kitchen tools. Since it is metal, do be careful when using with non-stick pans.     • Work like it should
It works great but the scoop is a little deeper then I though it would be so if the pan isn’t deep it’s a little weird trying to scoop stuff out. It I still really liked it.
