This is a solid and high quality blend of ingredients/nutrients for joint health. The capsules aren't difficult to swallow and don't have an overwhelming flavor or scent. The greatest impact I would say these provide is the high potency in each bottle. They do their job well and help greatly with joint and mobility health. Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. This bottle comes less than half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. If used as directed it will last one month. It would be too pricey to add more capsules, so I'd prefer they use a smaller bottle. The expiration date on mine is Apr 2026, so a little more than 1.5 years from now. These capsules have a slightly herbal (?) scent and taste to them, and are easily swallowed with water. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO, made in the USA, and GMP-certified. The product page also says 3rd-party tested. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. The bottle has their phone number on it, and the website has their phone and a text number as well as a chat feature. Their stonehengehealth site is functional and informative, including articles on the company, shipping & returns, product questions, and the science behind their products. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I love the ingredients in this blend! Some people don't like taking multiple capsules of a supplement, but a capsule can physically only hold so much; sometimes you have to multiply the capsules to get the amount of supplement that you want and that was promised. Especially at this price, I'm not excited to see silica in the Other Ingredients. Many manufacturers say they need it, but the best ones I know refuse to use it (same with other things like magnesium stearate). There are quality products that have a lot of these ingredients, but not all of them. Just keep in mind that being confident that you're getting a quality supplement, and from a reliable company, is worth at least part of that. Each serving contains 100 mg AprèsFlex® Boswellia serrata (gum resin) extract, 250 mg MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), 300 mg Hydrolyzed Type II Chicken Sternum Collagen, 100 mg Bromelain from Pineapple (Ananas comosus L.) This appears to be a well made supplement using quality ingredients, non GMO, made in the USA in a GMP facility and gluten free. They are not vegetarian as they contain collagen from chickens if that matters to you. However, they have a nice combination of collagen sources. It contains Boswellia as well as other ingredients that may support the stated purpose of this supplement. 60 capsules, take two a day so a thirty day supply here. ... show more

    • Decent blend for joint health
The bottle came with a tamper evident shrink wrap around the cap and an additional seal under the cap over the bottle opening. The capsules are medium size and easy to swallow with no real odor, taste or after taste. I'll need to take these for awhile to be able to tell if they help my joint issues, but for now I give these a 5 star rating. I'll update my review if there is anything of note to add. ... show more

Long yellow capsules that are easy to swallow. They do not smell bad, they don't really have any smell at all. I just started taking them and can't testify on the potency or if they are helping me. They do have vitamins C and D3, turmeric extract and eggshell membrane collagen among other ingredients, that sounds like holistic product to me. ... show more
