While I absolutely love the look, feel and sturdiness of the high chair. It’s incredibly disappointing that silicone feeding bowls and plates do not stick to the food tray! It makes baby messing weening a little challenging as I have to sit and hold the bowl so my son doesn’t toss his meal overboard. Sometimes I just place food directly on the tray, however I do want him to get use to eating his food off of a plate or out of a bowl. Aside from that this high chair is top notch. Durable and very very easy on the eyes, if that matters to you stop thinking about this chair and get it! My son is a big boy and very strong for his age. Although the manages to rock the chair he has not been apple to tip it over. That would be a nightmare! All in all totally love the chair, a little pricey but I say worth it. ... show more

I love how easy the chair is to clean and it has great resale value. The 5 point harness is a little hard to use but it’s secure. Baby is really close to reaching the footstool so glad it has this feature but haven’t used it quite yet.

This is for our third child. We’ve been through several high chairs and this is one of the better ones. HOWEVER, at this price point, you as a consumer expect the product to work fairly flawlessly, and this chair doesn’t. The harness is difficult to click into place on one side. That makes it tricky to strap your (very mobile) baby into place, and nearly impossible to do so with one hand. Bad flaw that knocks 2 stars off for us. ... show more

I didn't even bother putting this high chair together. From what I can tell it looks like it's made very well. However, I got out the tray just to test it for myself with one of my little suction bowls. Sure enough, it didn't stick at all. I'm sorry but that is a game changer for me. I refuse to spend $400 on a high chair and not have our plates and bowls be able to stick to it. If they changed the tray I would have kept it. ... show more

While this chair is beautiful, I’m highly disappointed by the customer service. After easily assembling most of the chair, the last step is to attach the top trim to the base. I immediately noticed the screws were WAY too short to fit the brass fittings inside. Thinking it was me, I asked two other people to try it. Nothing. They won’t reach. I contacted customer service and after some back and forth about what documentation they needed, I was assured replacement screws were on the way. After two weeks, nothing had arrived. I reached back out to check-in and was told the screws were on backorder. I had to wait another week before receiving them. Had I not asked, I wouldn’t have known where they were. I received the replacement screws and sure enough… they’re the same exact ones. They don’t fit. And we now have a chair (meant to replace one our son hadn’t grown into yet, mind you) that he hasn’t been able to use in over a month. It looks wonderful in our dining room, but this chair was WAY too expensive to have a defect like this — one that doesn’t allow for a major safety reinforcement of having the trim attached. While the chair is beautiful, the customer service is slow and nonchalant, despite the luxury chair price. I’m still waiting, while the chair is useless. ... show more

Great chair, looks gorgeous and is sturdy. However it is not height adjustable so it is really only good to fit at a dining table or on its own (it is not the appropriate height for a counter island).
