I love this! The fine tip allows me to get super smooth, fine lines on my lids while still allowing me to fill in my wing. In my opinion, it's much easier to use than the normal tip that is ultra sensitive to the angle of your hand. I've used STILA in the past and I've never had an issue with them drying out or running off my face, so their quality is much better than anything you'll get from a drug store. I did the due diligence and literally bought 10 new eyeliners, including paint-pots to test out the wear before Halloween, as I’m doing make up on a raving-party group and want no falties battling sweat or smudging through the nite. Still was the clear winner. Application is not matte, slight sheen, has one of the best tips, glides on with no bleed, stays smooth, never tacky feeling. you can’t blend it because it dries quickly, but it doesnt smudge or transfer. . Even if you rubbed it with water!! Upon washing them all off, stila also faded nicely instead of smearing around like others can. you will want a remover to be able to remove it easily. without rubbing and staining. ... show more

I really like how easy it is to apply. Also, it is very dark, which is what I wanted. The only downside is that it's not waterproof. I have oily skin, and my eyes water occasionally. The eyeliner lasted most of the day but ran into the corners of my eyes by the end of the day. This is a good product. This is not my favorite liquid eyeliner on the market though. However, when I try to wipe it off of my arm that I have an attached photo, It does not smudge. That is very good. But please keep in mind that you have to have a steady hand as this wand has a propensity to apply thick so if you’re just wanting a very thin line, you’re going to have to take some time and be very diligent that you’re only using the tip and that you don’t slide it too much to the side. So applying it is not going to be very easy. But on the flipside to that, if you are wanting a thicker line, you can have that and if you’re wanting a thinner line you can as well so does versatile in that way. You just have to be very intentional when applying. It is not a blendable eyeliner, It is not intended to be. It is not an eyeliner that will bleed, But you have to make sure it’s dry but it does dry fairly fast. Again, this is a good product. I don't know why I have even tried other brands. This is the GOAT. Perfect tip, glides on smooth and easy to use. It's waterproof and does not smudge. I keep coming back to it every time.
