Was happy to find a solution to the hideous 1950's formica backsplash in my rental home. Little did I know the sure strength, willpower and many cuss words it would take to remove the paper backing off using very sharp instruments like razors, needles, and knives. All and all the project was a succes
s, but I lost a good amount of blood from my struggles. The manufacturer needs to come up with a solution for this annoying and difficult part of the product. For the most part, I am SUPER happy with the end results but need a good amount of recovery time before using this product again. I think it is a great idea when in a rental that you can't make permanent changes to. Living in this place for a year while my new home is being built is much more enjoyable when it looks fresh and clean. (no matter what I did to the backsplash, nothing could make it look clean or cover all the holes) I'd give it 5 stars but can't with this problem.

Affordable Elegance: Elevating Our Kitchen with Peel and Stick White Subway Tiles
Item Package Quantity: 5
Color: Cold White with White Grout
Budget-friendly transformation! These peel and stick white subway tiles worked wonders for our kitchen. The cost-effectiveness is a major win, giving our space a high-end appearance without breaking the bank. Our kitchen's aesthetic went up several notches, and we're loving it. However, heed this adv
ice: patience during installation is key. The adhesive is impressively strong, which is great once it's in place. But, if you need to adjust or pull it up, be cautious. Rushing this step might result in compromised tile integrity and a warped look. In summary, if you're looking for an affordable upgrade that adds sophistication to your space, these peel and stick tiles are a fantastic option. Just remember, slow and steady wins the race during installation.

Looks great for being vinyl
Item Package Quantity: 10
Color: Cold White with Black Grout
Looks fantastic for being vinyl in my opinion and only took about 15-30 min to install so very user friendly. Not sure how it will hold up since it’s peel and stick but it will serve it’s temporary purpose until I save up for new countertops and backsplash. This would be very renter friendly if someo
ne wanted to update they’re rental space.

Best Bang for Your Buck—WILL Cover Existing, Bumpy or Uneven Ceramic/Mosaic Tile
Item Package Quantity: 10
Color: Warm White with Grey Grout
Let me preface this by saying I never leave reviews like this for products (even the ones I love) and I also have, historically, never before been much of a DIY’er. However, I felt inspired to leave one for these vinyl tiles, and hope my feedback will be helpful. You should know that my experience wi
th DIY projects is extremely limited. I’m one of those people who wishes they were ‘crafty’ SO much that I’ve wasted money and time on several half-baked DIY projects I’ve decided to take on—and have never completed—bc, as it turns out, I am *not* all that crafty, and either early-on or halfway through, I’ll realize this and give up. But only AFTER I’ve already bought the supplies and made a mess. Fast forward to 2021– I figured it was time I learned from my mistakes, so I researched a LOT when I decided I wanted to finally tackle remodeling our (formerly) dark, dank, cluttered and outdated kitchen. I read a lot of DIY & design blogs and lots of online + Amazon product reviews. I needed to do this on a TIGHT BUDGET and wanted to transform the “black, spray painted cabinets, brownish color palette with earth-tones-colored ceramic mosaic tile backsplash”-kitchen we inherited when we bought our first home 7 years ago, into the “white palette, modern farmhouse”-kitchen I saw all over Pinterest. But WITHOUT breaking the bank. If you’ve also decided that peel and stick vinyl decals are the option for your DIY project, and you have anywhere from “minimal” to “I'm a pro, bro”-DIY experience, then THIS IS THE BRAND FOR YOU! I initially tried using a different brand/different tile option to cover our existing ceramic mosaic tile-backsplash, that was well-reviewed but not as well-reviewed as Stickgoo, and was a little less expensive, and found early-on that it just wasn’t going to look nice or real enough to go to all the trouble of measuring it all out. Since I was trying to cover a mostly-smooth but also uneven and bumpy surface, adhesion and the quality of the texture was important, or it would just look cheap. I read more product reviews and gave these a shot, and I’m so glad I did! They’re a great value for the money and are a superior option, as far as thickness and texture quality goes. There are a few areas that aren’t perfect bc lining everything up can be tricky and takes time, and we also discovered (like others who left feedback like this that helped!) that our kitchen walls and granite countertops were *not* actually “level”, so had we started off using a leveler to then pre-measure and cut the tiles to fit, they would’ve been really “off.” I used TSP to clean the tiles we were covering, and made sure they were dry before sticking anything to them. You’ll definitely need a utility knife (I found that an Exacto-Knife was not strong or sharp enough to slice the tiles evenly, and the “vinyl-slicer” I bought off Amazon, broke early-on), a metal ruler, and I would recommend also using one of those metal square tools that also has a ruler on it, for measuring and lining tiles up to cut down. I ended up ordering too much bc I was worried about not having enough or messing some up (which did happen) and then running out, but I believe I ordered (4) packs and ended up using like 2.5. My husband did the majority of the adhering-part, but all-in-all, it turned out really well! Those who have seen it couldn’t tell they weren’t real tiles until I told them, and then only if they were up really close and could see the 2 or 3 areas that weren’t perfect. I have had to push a few peeling tiles back down, but it’s not something I’m concerned about yet, and they’ve always gone back to being stuck very easily. I’m happy with it and am glad I found this product!!

My husband loved our yucky copper ‘backsplash’ and I hated it. So we compromised with me sticking these on instead of replacing. There was a little bit of a learning curve to make sure I installed each tile close enough to each other. You also need to cut really straight. Are used scissors, but if yo
u have some sort of a paper cutter, that would be better. I’ve gotten so many compliments and my mother-in-law bought them for herself for her kitchen!

Good customer service. I ordered 4 of the same boxes in total. Out of the 4 boxes I ordered, one of them was the wrong style. The company replied fairly quick by email and sent me a new one. The product is thick and the adhesive is extremely sticky. With that being said, the plastic over the adhesive
was at times hard to pull off, even when using a razor blade.

Pretty easy to work with; also a way to make it renter friendly
Item Package Quantity: 10
Color: Blue
We used this for an upgrade to our laundry room. The pros: it looks pretty good from a short distance, with ridges to give it a little dimension; it is easy to cut with a sharp exacto knife; there's a removable protective film on the front, so you can mark it to measure on either side; and it's a lot
cheaper and less messy than actual tile and grout. The cons: up close you can tell it's not real tile; and it's hard to cut along the grout at the exact same width every time, so that when bricks are pieced together, you can sometimes tell the places where it's been pieced. Also note that I did not move the washer/dryer to install this, so it was more difficult than it would have been for a backsplash over kitchen cabinets or on an unobstructed wall. General advice about the project: the bottom of our cabinets are not perfectly level (see 3rd photo) so it took me a couple of tries to figure out the best way to get everything straight -- I ended up using a level to draw a line level with the grout under the first row of bricks at the lowest point, then I lined all the other pieces up such that all the grout is level with that line. (I couldn't draw a level line at the top.) Also, we are not renters, but because I mess up some of my DIY projects, I first put up leftover peel and stick wallpaper, stapled it at the corners, and then stuck all the tile to that. So if we decide to take it down, it shouldn't damage the wall. If this process ends up not working after a year, I will revise this review (although not the rating because it probably won't be the tile's fault). ***April 5, 2023: Since the original review from March 29, 2022, nothing has changed. No peeling, no problems. I remain happy with the appearance and the product.

Decided to buy just one box and was so pleased with the result that I purchased enough to do my kitchen. Love them. When you are close up you can tell they’re not the real thing but they sure do look
decently realistic and make my kitchen look fantastic. Would definitely recommend

Time will tell....looks better than it did before. Have only had up a week.
Item Package Quantity: 10
Color: Warm White with Grey Grout
I have done a lot of ceramic tiling (floor and wall) but really messed up my own backsplash by using floor tiles, and removing them would require the drywall all be replaced. SOOOOOO I thought I had little to lose by trying these vinyl "tiles". NO, they do not look like real tiles, but are an improve
ment over what I had, and I did not have to adjust the electrical outlets to accommodate them. They have a clear protective film over the front that is not mentioned, and I did not know it had to be removed. They feel kind of "sticky" on the front after you remove the film. The grout color was described as "dark grey" but it is BLACK. It is very tricky to trim out the edges if it is not ending in a corner. I bought some trim designed for use with vinyl tile, but it is useless. Better to buy vinyl trim from home depot and use caulk to stick it on. Absolutley NO WAY would I use this in a bathroom. The home improvement stores have some stick-on tiles that look incredible, but are the same cost as properly done REAL thin-set and caulked tiles. Much better to do it the right way from the beginning, but this is all I could to to improve it right now.

Pros - easy to work with and cut. They line up well with each other and are a good thickness. Cons - the tiles are sticky - it's weird no one really mentions that. The wall is so sticky I can put a piece of paper on it and it hangs there. I was putting up the big black shelf for dishes (which is 36"
long and 2" thick so it's heavy) and it stuck to the tiles where I literally could step away and look at the wall to see if it was where I wanted it before I marked it and hung it. Very odd. I'm contemplating if I should spray the wall with a clearcoat spray paint. I don't know how they will be with dust collection.
