I purchased this tile to use as a kitchen backsplash until I get around to installing new countertops. I put them up in mid July 2022; photos attached are from January 2023, but nothing's changed. I did not have a backsplash previously, so these were placed directly on the drywall. They definitely don't feel real, but guests have thought I learned how to tile when seeing it up, not realizing it's a peel and stick vinyl. I like to bake a lot and use the range quite often. It's also often getting splashed with water from the sink. Over a year later, I have not had any issues with peeling or yellowing. Where there's been yellowing is from caulking when I last worked on the countertops. The tile itself still looks the same as when I installed. The paint originally was pretty flat, so the adhesive is pretty stuck on there. I expect due to this when I do finally remove them, I will damage the wall. I put some of the left over tiles on the wall inside a bathroom vanity, and since that is a semigloss, I had an easier time pulling the tile off to adjust than I did in the kitchen. These are very easy to cut; I mostly used scissors, but a utility knife works fine as well. I have a vinyl floor tile cutter, and decided to try that to get as perfect of a straight line possible, but this tile is not sturdy enough to be cut using it and tended to just bend. The blade would then rough up the front of the tile. Overall, it has been good. There is only one spot above the stove top that doesn't sit quite flush on the wall, but it has been that way since install as I didn't get the tiles lined up exactly right and is my fault. I had worried that area would be an issue later on, but it hasn't changed either. The tiles are also still bright white, and are easy to clean up if something splatters on it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I read all the reviews and saw that there was a mix of success and disappointment with the sticky backsplash. I got it for our RV, which we always keep plugged in with the AC running so I thought we could avoid any peeling. I am a crafty, hands on person and I also had sharp sheers, a level, and corner bead so I wasn’t worried about it being too difficult to install. Let me tell you… AVOID THIS PRODUCT LIKE THE PLAGUE! I put it up three weeks ago. Not only was it a miserable and messy experience, the RV has been at a constant 77 degrees and they are already curling up on the corners. But get this!!!! They aren’t curling up from the cabinet (which yes was properly prepared and cleaned with denatured alcohol and extra adhesive applied) but the 3D plastic tiles themselves are pealing up from their own backing. It’s a mess, looks disgusting, and now ruined my cabinet because the adhesive backside is still stuck to it. Such a waste of time and money and now I have to come up with a solution that most likely will cost more money and definitely more time than installing this product. FACE PALM NOW. Oh! Also. Quality is inconsistent between shipments of the same exact product! I ordered 2 packs of white subway tiles (20 tiles) for a rental kitchen update.. the tiles looked and felt amazing, solid, thick and shiny. I knew I would need more, so I ordered another 3 packs of 30 more 12X12 pieces total. Pretty easy to install. When I opened the 2nd batch of tiles that arrived and began to install them, I noticed this order was NOT the same quality/type as the first. When the back was removed for install, the new tiles felt like a floppy sticker!! The first tiles I got were more solid pieces that felt more expensive, and totally worth the $45 per 10 I had bought originally. I continued to install them because they still had the same appearance, until about 3 pieces in when I realized the color was also a different white shade than the original batch as well. This is for a rental apartment so I went ahead and finished because I have renters coming in. I would like to order more of these for my RV remodel, but because I got two different types I can’t be sure what I’m getting with this brand unfortunately :( ... show more

I used these in our RV in the kitchen area and love how they look and perform. They were easy to put on once I got past my jitters and just went for it. LOL. Make sure to draw a plumb line to go by. I plumbed mine perpendicular to the RV door facing, and it worked well. The pieces fit together nicely and stay put. I even was able to piece together lots of little pieces to do more wall area than I had planned to do. I did get one of the pieces cut out wrong b/c I cut it upside down. However, I removed it and set it aside and was able to cut it again later to use as smaller sections. It adhered just fine and has stayed on (I don't even remember where I used it). I put these on over a year ago and we have had not issues with them. I love they way they wash so easily, too. I used a SHARP (new blade) razor knife and some scissors also. I made paper templates of weirdly shaped areas to get the fit right before I cut anything. I removed the window trim also and then put it back on after they were up. I also used a sharpie to mark on the wall underneath the tiles in a couple of places where there was a (tiny) bit of space where there shouldn't have been between tiles, LOL, and b/c the "grout" is dark, it is not detectable. I had already cleaned and painted the RV wall paper with regular interior house paint, so I did a bit of light sanding to rough up the surface, and they stuck fine and are still going strong.
