Included speakers didn't work at all, so I had to throw them away. After I booted up the PC, within an hour the power supply fan was emitting an extremely loud noise. I called Amazon, who directed me to the seller, who refused to answer any calls or e-mails. We bought this for our 11 year old son for Christmas. I did a lot of research before purchasing and I definitely was on the fence. The graphics package was very important. Ultimately I decided on this one because while he is an avid gamer that creates websites and designs his own games, he is only 11. In addition to all the other things he was getting for Christmas, I couldn't justify dropping $1000 on his first desktop. I bought this set for my husband for Christmas. Very nice. Everything worked and was in perfect condition. All was just like a pictures. Set up is very simple. I love it even for myself. You can play multiple games, good quality. The only thing we had a problem with was the headphones. We couldn’t get the mic to work but could hear sound. So maybe we didn’t do something right 🙉. That is my only complaint. But the headphones still did work. I give it 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FYI the one we bought only had one HDMI hook up. started fine worked amazing for about a month and a half then decided to turn of on me one day and now will not get past the startup screen and the company is impossible to get in contact with for actual answers they will email you troubleshooting solutions but none work then when you call you will sit on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone then the robo will answer and say that everyone is busy and to email them and will hang up. was a good pc while it lasted now i’m stuck with a junk box till someone reaches me back. i would steer clear of this pc and get a good real one so u dont have to deal with this company ... show more

My son loves this computer he uses it for gaming also he creates music and he is planning on upgrading it and it is easy to open the glass cover and he also puts little characters inside to display inside the computer.
