DO NOT expect Amazon to be any help. They will only redirect you to 2Step who will make you wait for 30 minutes only to tell you they can mail you parts in a week after you send them an email. Very disappointed in the customer service (or lack thereof) from Amazon and 2Step. I will update my review if/when I receive my replacement parts. The quality is overall fine. This was miss difficult to assemble then lead to believe but once assembled feels sturdy. The stickers didn’t peel off easily and most ended up tearing. I tried aligning the pieces to accomplish desired look which was ok but that was disappointing. We will see how it goes on our first walk.
