I got the table last week and it seems like a good product so far. Unfortunately it is not as wide as advertised so it is not ideal for my larger patients. I have used a dozen or more electric massage tables over the decades and every one has had a foot pedal to adjust the height. This one comes with a hand control which is not at all suitable for a medical spa or doctors office at all! If I have my hands on my patient and I need to adjust the table I have to wash my hands, then use the hand control, then wash my hands again to prevent cross contamination. I ordered a foot pedal (for an additional fee) as soon as I got the table but apparently they are out of stock and can't tell me when they will get them in. Oh and you can't use the hand control and the foot pedal together so the hand unit will just end up in my trash. UPDATE: They did send me the foot control about 4 weeks later and for the price this is the best electric table available. I ended up buying a second one directly from the company so that it came with just the foot pedal. The motor on the second unit is much louder but that doesn’t really cause a problem. Absolutely love this bed. The price was great and it's better than some of the earthlites I've used. Motor is super quiet as well. The headrest is a deluxe quality. I would highly recommend.

The Table is extremely hard and the fusion thickness is no where near 5 inches. It's deceiving by the pictures. If you are looking at it from the side it appears to be thick. But it's hollow underneath. And then you have the board up against the underside of the cushion. The thickness of the cushion is actually closer to 2 inches thick. I have a massage table that's electric from a different company that is 3 inches of thickness and that table is twice as soft as this one. I had to add a padded table warmer and a padded table cover to make it to where this table was usable. So one again after going through the ordering process and what it would take to return this table and wait for a new one I can't do running a business. Now the room is being used. So just be warned THIS TABLE IS ONLY 2 INCHES THICK OF PADDING. YOU SEE IN MY PICTURE UNDERNEATH THAT WHITE BAR IS 2 INCHES THICK. THATS FLUSH AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TABLE. ... show more

I purchased this electric massage table over a year ago and the motor just stopped working. The 1-year warranty had expired a few months ago and I thought that I would have to buy a new motor. I called customer service and she was very sympathetic to my situation since I run a massage business in Santa Barbara, CA, and need the table to work. The gal at the customer service center offered to send me a new motor and cover the shipping. NO CHARGE! WOW! I received the motor in 2 days and it was a simple install. OMG! This is a great table for the money and my clients says it's very comfortable!! I doubted getting it at first because the control is hand held and not a foot pedal but it hasn't been a problem adjusting the table even though it's hand held. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!
