I liked that it looked just as in the picture and had a ring to it. I did not end up "learning" the instrument but am just playing around. It does come with a booklet that has beginner songs - nice bonus. This size sounds middle to high, (higher than I thought - but you can not try it can you?) and I think if you want lower tones you need a bigger diameter - maybe. But color is nice and the woven strap is there just as advertised. ... show more
