This drum has a nice sound and a nice carrying case and mallet. I let my daughter play with it too and she loves it! The song book is a nice addition, but I like to create my own sounds with it. It is a nice quality as well. Sturdy and well made... A very good buy for the cost.

This tongue drum is solid in construction. You won't get the same sound that you would out of a handmade handpan, but the notes are consistent and the construction is sturdy. The finger picks that come with the instrument are very small and won't fit larger hands, so if you plan to play using the finger picks, you may want to order a separate set.
