You can smell the quality as soon as you open the bag, because it smells just like dried roses SHOULD. The color is bright, and the flavor incredibly floral. I love it. I know people have said there's a ton of debris in here, but that was not my experience, and this is the fifth herb I've personally purchased through this company, all awesome products. I use rose buds in tea for improving the taste. It has pleasant scent and flavor. A lot of leaves are mixed into the rose buds. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Very good product overall.
