As of leaving a conditioning it may feel like that but it's a very oily feeling and as of cleaning the acrylic out it absolutely does not I even tried scraping it out with a scraping tool and I didn't want to damage my brush tried it again let it sit for a while and still it did not work this product is garbage I would put a zero if I could ... show more
