The media could not be loaded. First off I want to say that I was pleasantly surprised how professional this StartRC case is. I've used soft and hard cases all my life for various things from camera gear, to computers, and drones, and this is way up on my list of cases that meet the grade of quality. The shipping box was a nice protection for the outside of the case and there was plastic to protect it as well. The latches are a nice mechanism that seems like it will last a long time of opening and closing. The foam on the lid portion was nicely cut and adhered to the the lid firmly. The foam insert was a solid piece at first glance but then you see the very fine laser cut pieces throughout the insert. I started to pull and pluck out the pieces that were where the drone and accessories would reside. There are a lot of areas to place things inside this case, inside the foam, that allows you to have everything you need for your DJI Avata drone and other gear. There are areas under the drone and controllers that allow you to put cables and other small items inside under it all. I especially like the fact that this case holds 4 batteries in the foam and don't forget you can have a 5th battery inside the Avata as well. StartRC has another case that is almost identical to this one but does not support the FPV Remote Control 2. I have the FPV RC2 and it fits nicely inside the case foam with plenty of protection. Another added feature that I know will come in handy at some point is the seal that keeps water out of the case. I have not tested the case by putting it in water but it looks like the gasket is durable enough to handle keeping water and dirt out. I think the price of this case is good and do no regret my purchase at all. As a matter of fact I am planning on purchasing other cases from StartRC for my other drones as soon as I can. This case is built very well and locks airtight. The phone cut out are superb and everything fits really good and tight. Has tons of little extra cutouts, especially for the Integra goggles. I can carry two spare sets of props, my lenses for my Integra goggles and all my cables. High quality piece of merchandise. How are the highly recommend. ... show more

My husband has the drone this is made for and had just been keeping it in a cardboard box. For a recent holiday, we decided to gift him a case. I'm not sure why we hadn't invested in a case sooner. I spent a lot of time looking at several options. I liked the idea of a backpack, but couldn't find one I loved. I ended up choosing this one because it appeared to have spots for everything, was a hard case, and had a handle and strap. My husband was very happy with it! I've owned and used this case for 8 months now and it holds everything I need! At first I was worried about how the drone was stored laying over the edge of the controller. I thought there might be friction that would mar the surface of the Avata or the controller, but not a problem at all. The fit is perfect, snug and secure. Holds all of the gear involved with the Avata. The foam cutouts are pretty good, but could be better quality. The box is sturdy but I don’t about the waterproof or crush resistance. Made life easy to not have to cut the foam in a pelican case.

The media could not be loaded. This case works for both V2 and Goggles 2! Which is great , very easy to customize and has slots for both motion and FpV controller . Excellent Hard case for Avata Pros: comes with a sling strap for carrying Customizable/Adjustable Can hold all avata accessories Cons : no place to put slide a name tag or label . This case has plenty of room for the drone, motion controller, controller 2, 4 batteries, goggles and goggle battery. It appears to be as well made as any other case I have purchased for my drones and is gasketed with an air pressure relief valve for transporting on an airline or while airborne.
