somewhat sturdy racks. roller on back for ladder assist is cheap. Not sure it will last long. Makes a lot of noise going down Hwy. Racks seem to be well made but directions for assembly are not easy to follow and missing info

This is actually really nice. I got it for my husband who wanted it for his work truck. We looked over the years makes and models that this is compatible with and we found out it was perfect for his work van. Everything came well packed and secured with no damage. It was 100% true to the ad in terms of measurements and everything so it fit easily on his work van. He said installation was very easy and straightforward. This makes no noise even with the ladders or whatever you have on top of it. This functions perfectly as intended and he is not had a single issue so far. I recently got the StarONE 54" Van Ladder Rack for my 2020 Ford Transit 250, and I'm extremely happy with it. Installation was straightforward (I did have a friend help me lift the racks into place), and the rack feels very solid and well-built. I've used it to carry ladders and lumber, and it handles the weight with no problem. The white finish looks clean and professional on my van. Overall, a great product and a worthwhile investment.
