This is exactly what you think it is. Although the angle of the photo used for the lifesize cutout is a little odd (the camera person was obviously taller than Drake) the product is exactly what I was hoping for and had the intended effect.

The cutout was great! Looks almost real and actually scared us every single time we walked by it inside. It’s huge, but my only complaint is that it could be a little more sturdy when it comes to its stand in the back.
