The desk I received was well packaged and the assembly instructions were clear. After assembling, it was able to go up and down but it has a couple of quality issues. The Win Up Time support team has been responsive. I had some issues that were clearly due to a faulty controller module, and the seller quickly sent me a replacement controller unit. The controller is now working correctly. Another issue is a loud noise that occasionally is made by the mechanism. I don't think it was intended to make this noise and there doesn't appear to be an easy way to fix it so the seller has offered me a small partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience of the occasional loud noise. Overall it is a good standing desk considering the low price that I paid. ... show more

The way I'm using this is sorta exactly the way a lot are looking to use standing desks now: over a treadmill. It covers the entire height range I see myself needing, both sitting in a chair or standing on that treadmill, and while it sways to the sides a bit, well it still feels stable enough that I'm confident enough to no-life MMOs while going for a walk. The inclusion of optional casters was a nice touch, and it makes it easy for me to move the desk forward to put the treadmill away when I'm done with that. If I have one gripe to give, it's not going to be the wobble, because it still feels stable enough and I could grab a plank of wood and fix that real quick if it mattered much to me. I think there could stand to be some cable routing points along the legs of the desk to handle the cable running to the control panel. It's a minor thing, but I did have to add some velcro tape to make it easier to avoid running over the cord while moving the desk. ... show more

I purchase this desk on Thursday July 4th, 2024. Came in on Saturday July 6th, 2024 a came in a poor condition ask the desk had been shipped from either Amazon, or the actual seller. Quality wise the desk felt very cheap, and felt as if it could break apart easily. Performance (unknown), its easy to assemble, money wise it’s a decent price for it but I’d suggest going to an actual known brand, and finally the size was great besides the fact that I had to return it the same day I got it. ... show more

This by far has to be one of the most easiest things to put together. Very sleek and goes perfect in my corner in the living room, as everyone doesn't have an office space. Its not big and bulky at all. Make little to no noise while going both up and down. I hate that the hydraulic is exposed but I think that is more MY OCD than it being an actual flaw. ... show more

Just put the legs and everything else together. Then turned it over and there is damage to the table top. It is in the back and is small. I do not really want to take the time to package it back up, bring it to the return center and wait for a new one. I assembled the desk on carpet. Made sure nothing was under it. So I know this was not a user issue. I have only had it together for a half hour. But so far it works fine. It was easy to assemble. Is sturdy for my needs and am looking forward to having a standing desk. The table top is not as thick as I thought it would be but it is also not flimsy. If you have bought the target cheap cubby or she holder, you can have an idea of the table top construction. I hope it holds up. ... show more
