It did not work for me, or at least I didn’t notice any change. I bought it mainly for digestive aid, hoping for a good cleanse but nothing happened. On day 1 I stopped taking my probiotics because I would be taking this but I still had my chlorophyll, and sea moss. I had a regular bowel movement that day. On day 2 same thing and another regular bowel movement. By this time I was expecting more bowel movements as the cleanse went on but that did not happen. On day 3 I did not take my probiotics, sea moss nor chlorophyll as I expected the pills to do it’s thing, but I had NO BOWEL MOVEMENT. On day 4 in the morning still no bowel movement so I took some kombucha and it helped a little but it was irregular. Day 5 did not do my regular morning routine still expecting the pills to do something and again NO bowel movement. I was bloating really badly as well. Again I took another kombucha and it helped a little and it was still irregular. Day 6 took some more kombucha and another irregular bowel movement. Still nothing from the pills. And day 7 same thing. After that I went back to my regular morning routine and I finally had a Normal bowel movement. I don’t want to say it didn’t work at all because maybe it did some work internally that I did not notice. But in terms of bowel movement it did the opposite of what I thought it would. I was especially disappointed because I forced myself to take 21 pills everyday for a week, just to be disappointed, but I guess it is what it is. So if u plan to get this for a Colon Cleanse, don’t, you’ll be disappointed. ... show more

I was very skeptical about this product but I was having a gallbladder attack and wanted something quick. This product happened to be same day delivery and it had great reviews. I was a little disappointed that I did not realize I had to consume 7 pills, 3 times a day. I am only able to get the 7 pills down once a day so far. I have been taking these for over a week and I feel so much better. I am watching what I eat and incorporating excercise and drinking a lot of water. I previously took a different brand in liquid form and it was good as well just expensive. My doctor suggested surgery but I don't have any stones so we are monitoring things right now.
