hi! this is my truthful, detailed, and honest review of this product. for the past 17 months, i have smoked everyday. i mainly use carts, however within the past 2 months i’ve transitioned to 2-3 bowls per day. i am 5’7, 145 pounds, thin but muscular, and very physically fit. i stopped smoking 6 days before taking the 5 day detox, here’s my long and tedious log, hope it helps someone. Night before: Head start pills taken with 32 ounces of water, positive test an hour after pills were taken. Day 1: Morning pills taken two hours before first meal with 32 ounces of water. Healthy meals containing many fruits and veggies, 150 ounces of water consumed throughout the day. 90 minutes of exercise. Night time pills were taken 2 hours after last meal. Positive test with faint negative line. Day 2: Same as day 1 Day 3: Same as day 1 & 2, had three alcoholic beverages as well. Positive test with faint negative line. Day 4: Consumed 150 ounces of water like the other days, only difference was that I ate greasy foods (pizza and chicken wings). No exercise. Positive test result with no negative line. Day 5: Consumed 150 ounces of water and took pills as directed. Consumed 4 alcoholic beverages. No exercise. Positive test with faint negative line. Day after cleanse: Consumed 96 ounces of water, no exercise, no alcoholic beverages. Negative test result. In conclusion, don’t drink alcohol. I believe this is why my test result showed a faint negative line, rather than a strong one. Be smart and eat healthy while consuming lots of water. So here is my honest review. I’m 27 189-191 , I workout daily and lift heavy. I was smoking every day, the dispensary stuff so it was strong. Have not smoked in 25 days but continued to test positive . I need to be clean ASAP for a job opportunity. Now, I do drink water but not as much as I should every day. I started this program Saturday night with the head start pills , drink a gallon of water a day infused with cucumber and lemon, grilled chicken, shrimp, jasmine rice, broccoli has been my meal for the past two days, 8 ounces of cranberry juice, 8 ounces of detox tea. I do continue my normal intermittent fasting and work out first thing in the morning. What I can say is that I am only on day two of taking the six in the morning and six at night and as of today my test are now showing a faint negative, which I was getting very hard and clear positives before I started. I am now getting strong negatives on the 50 ng and faint negative on the 15ng Soooo I think that my 25 days of not smoking helped a lot and these are just helping speed up the last few days/weeks it would have taken to naturally remove the thc. But , I don’t completely finish it until Thursday so I will come back with an update but as of now I believe they are doing what I needed them to do. Update as of 12/16 All right, so I am done with the cleanse and it is the day after and I just did another 15ng test , it is showing a very clear negative so again not sure if it 100% works but I definitely feel like it helped me speed up the process I would recommend this product but I’m probably never going to smoke again because of all the stress I went through but yeah it did what I needed to do. Nothing is a quick fix, but as part of an overall dedicated routine, I am proof that it is possible to pass the 50ng/ml urine test without masking agents. First a bit about me: - 51 years young stoner in near-athletic health - 6'1" / 166lbs - ~15% body fat - I do not use tobacco products - My average alcohol intake is - at most - (1) drink per week. Who needs alcohol when you have cannabis! - Average daily cannabis consumption before the cleanse: 1.5g high-quality flower with average THCA% of 28%. Also some additional edible consumption between 20-30mg 2-3 days/week. So the major caveat here before we go into specifics is that I was already lean and participating in good overall dietary habits. It took me 6 days to test below 50ng/ml, with the following daily regimen: - Rescue 5-Day Detox as directed - minimum 96oz H20 - minimum 8oz unsweetened cranberry juice - minimum 4oz lemon juice - ~16oz strong coffee (my normal morning routine) - a lean diet of mostly chicken and fish, veggies, protein bars (but I did have pizza one night) - no soft drinks (I don't regularly drink soft drinks, anyway) I still partook in munchies/snacks - both savory and sweet - when my wife smoked, but not to the usual degree. I also maintained a lot of physical activity. I did sweat, but that's really not necessary. What you want is fat burn. Keep in mind while you are burning out your fat stores, your measurable THC level will INCREASE before you start to see results so don't fret! I was getting almost instant positive test results using urine test strips until day 6. On day 6 (today), I had the faintest sign of a negative reading (double tested) on my test strip! I still plan on following my current regimen sans this product until my test to make sure I stay negative. I didn't notice many side effects although I believe I had an adverse reaction to lidocaine from a dental procedure on day 1, so that may have distracted me from any side effects or withdrawal. I received the product. Still taking the capsules. Will let you the end results after completion. However a few of the capsules were destroyed. Not sure what to do about that.
