Kudos to the maker of the video (3:35). No need to repeat. All points brought out visually worth repeating. Check it out. Learn all nuances. This said, for our purposes this nugget is ideal. Renovating a two story vintage property requires lots of tools and constant projecting at the moment. For the price and options this storage system is ideal. At the moment using to organize anything and everything on the second floor used to update the office. Not all tools fit as there were many like a planet and other larger power tools. But, all the miscellaneous like blades, scraper, paint gear, etc. plus a few power tools small enough this is a huge score. This is not a man box for rugged construction building unless you’re aware of the potential weak spots. For this price point and capability to maintain some sense of tool pr craft hoarding in one wheelable space. This is my new besty. With the amount of tools and four levels to the house it’s a possibility ordering a second set if the price stays. The basement is where the shop is. But there’s three floors above and we’re often outside building or working on something. For now, second floor is tidying up. Easy to transport gear back to the basement shelves. I’m aware this system has some nuances they can break if mishandled. For the majority of people who treat this gem like a pro for its lifetime can see it working indefinitely. As noted in the video, bottom container isn’t designed for heavy lifting of lots of tools. Keep it light or use two hands to lift. Not the handle. The other notable, when moving using the wheels and handle go slow if it’s full. Flat surface floor ideal. The tricky spots are connecting the sides to the top container. At the base of each side move the catch out. Same goes for the red doohickey that connects the handle to help wheel this beast around. If ya didn’t watch the video the other user made with 3:35 hopefully this helps for a quick run through. Most people have loose stuff around if we’re creative or projecting on vintage properties. This tool box has a nice design and I can organize my tools and parts quite well. Also, it's easy to carry around with wheels. Some buyers complained two boxes cannot be attached together. That is incorrect. The bottom of the top box has two locking latches, they must be pulled out for attaching two boxes. These toolboxes are great!!! But how do you label them?? Buy electrical tape because it stays strong for when you need to peel it off and buy a Dymo to label it!!! Put the labels on the electrical tape.

I apologize in advance if my experience was not the same as yours, but I'm pretty sure I know how these things work and it was one one of the worst ones yet. 1. The latches that closed the box always kept falling off 2. The pieces that locked the 2 boxes together never held 3. I bought this for my crafts. I knew it was not heavy duty enough for items like tools; however, the compartments were very appealing. The added bonus of stackable boxes sold me. Unfortunately, when trying to transport using the handle, the top box falls off. It does not lock in. It is great stationary but I was hoping to move around with by pulling the handle. Granted the locks stay in tact and the boxes have proven durable when falling but I need the ability to move as a unit. 3 stars for me. ... show more

This is perfect if you just need a toolbox to organize and store your tools. I love being able to roll it around the garage. It's under $50, so you can't beat it! If it's being used daily or frequently, I would purchase one of the more durable options from this seller. If you're not using it for business or moving it around a lot, this will be perfect. This toolbox is way better than some of the negative reviewers would like you to believe. It is not flimsy from what I can tell. Now I have not loaded it down yet, but right out of the box it is pretty thick plastic. Shouldn't be flimsy at all. Also, for those who say it doesn't stack, it does. Read the directions. There are 4 tabs on the bottom of the top box that need to slide out. Then when it's stacked and you close bottom boxes clasps, it locks into the top box also. The lid of the upper box has two compartments that were a little tough to open, but if you press down in the center of the clear plastic enclosure, it opens very easily. I'd rather have a lid that is hard to open than one that won't stay closed. I did not buy this for heavy tools, but for an craft/art project box. The stupid boxes "designed" for crafting are severely overpriced. I always go for a tackle box, tool box over the craft boxes. However, having used this for a few days now, I will likely buy another one for my automotive tools and car wash/wax supplies.
