This is a good citrus juicer. It arrived on time and was well packaged. There was virtually no assembly besides putting the filter and the cone into place. It's small enough that it can sit on your counter. It was very easy to use. Cut a piece of citrus (oranges, lemons, limes, pomegranates, or grapefruit) in half and put it on the cone. Use the handle to push down on the citrus and it'll juice it for you. It is fairly quiet and easy to clean when done. I got about half a cup of juice out of 1 regular sized orange but your mileage will vary. I will continue to use orange juice as well as for lemon juice for my teas and also when I steam green beans. Pros: Just received today and juiced 5 grapefruit. It done a great job with little effort. Unlike a centrifugal juicer that I just returned, this juicer produces about 99% of available juice and the juice tastes like it supposed to and is 100% better than the homogenized juice you buy from the grocery (and much better for you). It is very easy to clean and not noisy. It rotates in one direction only (counter clockwise). Con: The four suction cups on bottom are worthless - they will not hold the juicer in place and it moves while you are juicing. The suction cups are too small, too shallow and are not rubber. They are 1-inch diameter and appear to be made of a smooth silicone/plastic material. Hints: Fruit stays centered better when a small portion of the core is removed. After you've juiced using the press, raise the press handle and finish using your hand by pressing the sides of the fruit with an orbiting motion, Grapefruit tastes best (my opinion only) when a little less than a teaspoon of sea salt is added to 12 ounces of juice. ... show more

The biggest selling point for me with this juicer was the size! It doesn’t take too much counter space & it looks nice on the counter. I use this daily, so I don’t want to store it in the cabinet. It takes up just a tiny portion of my counter & it looks nice. Not only does it look good, but it performs well! Great juicer and not too noisy. Best of all, it’s SO easy to clean. I also own an old Jack Lallane power juicer that juices everything but I only wanted it for citrus. It was so much effort to clean and so large that I wasn’t using it. This is the first juicer I’ve ever purchased so I don’t have anything to compare it to. It is very easy to use and it cleans up very easily which I like a lot. I like that is a nice looking machine so I can keep out on the kitchen counter and it matches the rest of my stainless steal appliances. I won’t lie, I didn’t realize how many oranges are needed to make a pitcher of fresh juice, lol. But it is worth it. The media could not be loaded. This juicer is so easy to use. It is very easy to clean. The juice doesnt just flow out when you start until you push the little silver thing down where the juice comes out and i like that feature. It is so easy to use that kids can even use it. It is so quick and simple that if you wanted orange juice or any other you could make some faster than you could make breakfast.     • Totally unsatisfactory--machine never worked
This may very well be a good machine, but I will never know for sure since it never worked during my several attempts to operate it. I re-read the directions and researched videos on YouTube, all to no avail. Ultimately, I contacted the company directly and they supplied me with a thunderously obvious solution: just press the handle down on the fruit to activate the process. (Obviously, I had already done this on multiple occasions). Following this thoroughly pointless response, I contacted them again and explained that I no longer wanted this machine and inquired as to how I could just return it and receive a complete refund. In turn, they advised me to click on the hyperlink within the email to return the machine under warranty and they would assess/repair it and return it within 23 WEEKS! This process is so convoluted and time-consuming that I have decided to just swallow the monetary loss, dump the machine, never, ever buy anything else from this company and chalk it all up to being a "teachable moment". In fairness, the time-frame within which I contacted Pyle was not within their stated refund period. The nature of my job, however, requires that I work outside of the country for varying periods of time so meeting such return deadlines can sometimes be problematic. So I fully accept that such delays are my problem, not theirs. My disappointment, however, is in receiving a non-functioning product and that this company thinks that a proposed resolution of UP TO 23 WEEKS is, in any way, reasonable. I hope/suspect that my experience is not typical, but I would advise anyone choosing to buy this product to read and research well before finalizing your decision. (Incidentally, I just bought a new manual citrus press yesterday, squeezed nearly two dozen lemons and it works like a champ. So, all's well that..... ... show more
